It goes something like this - In the script, at the funeral, one person draws something on a piece of paper and tosses it in the fire. Someone else asks, "What is that?" The first person says, "It's a message I'm sending to the other side. It means, "This is a good person, do rig...

Thanks for the feedback, Neko. For a while there I was afraid I'd chased everybody off. We're not necessarily taking the love story out- but we're definitely re-visiting the script. We'll take everything you guys wrote and keep them in mind as we go back over things. Thanks for the support and patie...

First off, you guys don't see a lot of me on this site. I read, but I rarely feel that my opinions are necessary. Usually someone says exactly what I was going to say, and better. So there's no need. Occasionally I'll get a wild hair and feel the need to toss out some text, but, again I rarely see m...

I think that perhaps there might be some confusion with pack, pack mentality, and individuality. In my humble opinion, you can certainly be a werewolf and retain your individuality. Wolves in a pack don't necessarily have pack mentality. Those who study packs note that wolves are very much individua...

Thank you guys.

I started thinking about this and my head almost exploded. There's just so many directions one can go. So the werewolf with head fur a different color on the tips....kinda punky or goth depending on the color. Think about the body art aspect of it. Weres that dye their hair in human form, including ...

mmmmarrrrgjh! Okay, I stood it as long as I could. We have two Dobermen Pinschers. One weighs 100lbs, and is tall enought tiat it's a slim 100lbs. The other is 77lbs and is stocky enough that i's a solid 77 pounds. These are not puppies, and they certainly can be the vicious watch dogs of the movies...

Yes, the whole digigrade thing is an issue that has to be looked at. One of the solutions given is to have the quadraped be a different form from the digigrade. If it's a shift, then it's certainly easier to deal with. I prefer that because each form can be correct, with no elongating or shortening ...

THANK YOU FIGAROU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to thank Figarou for my birthday present!! When we were at AKon, he gave Drew Waters a pen that I tried to steal. But Drew liked it too much - wouldn't let me keep it. Figarou sent me one for my birthday! It's really really cool. Looks like a femine version of the one he gave Drew. I rea...

Wow, I gotta get out more. I believe in spiritual, emotional, totem, metaphysical, etc werewolves. I really really really really wish there were werewolves as we envision them...not the crazed beasts. That's not to say they don't exist - and I've seen a few things in my life that deny the realities ...

I've been trying to take notes, but laughing so hard I keep dropping my pencil. I've actually gone "woops, I didn't even realize I did that." in a couple of places. Going to be doing some editing in the next week... Also, I think you can take a new spin on a cliche and make it un-cliche, i...

We were discussing were others.....I've read some pretty cool stuff. We can go way out in what were means....were butterflly bats even. And I guess you could look at it like " If a man can be a wolf, what would stop a bat from being a butterfly or a roach from being a horse?" But it's too ...

For me it boils down to two things. Magic or natural weres? If it's natural, then I don't see telepathy working. It takes things too far to be able to say "it could happen.....". However, if it's magical weres, then anything's possible. They can signal each other through the stratosphere a...

I've thought of this because it's such a cool idea, even though it's been used a lot. You know after all these centuries it's bound to have happened once or twice. I've wracked my brain trying to come up with something that doesn't seem silly trite too preposterous to work in the story taking too mu...

I like the view that goes - a were is a human in natural form, a gestalt, then pure wolf form -the last two being a temporary form that always reverts back to human. It could go in the reverse direction if you're inclined to the view that wolfs can be were-humans. It's a matter of 'evolution' if you...

This one, I think, is probably tricky. Everybody seems to have their own idea about regeneration. (And yes it's been discussed before. Okay, I think, perhaps we are loosing sight of the gist of this. How would religious society accept Were's? How would the religious community accpt them? I'd prefer to look at it as a whole, as history seem to prove that people, as a whole tend to act in similar patterns to new races and culture. My...
