I like the idea of the WW learning to control the change as they experience it more and more. After someone has "suffered" from being a WW and gone thru the TF enough times they could learn to initiate the process at will. But that doesn't mean that they no longer feel the agony of thier b...

"After all, when has the act of wolves "marking" their packmates by urinating on them, been documented?" What they will do is roll in each others urine to carry the scent of thier packmates. They will also urinate (and deficate) on a item that they concider personal and then rol...

I'll be the odd man out here and go with "on all fours". I like the pre-wolfman werewolf , one where you become a large wolf.

Tail- yes, it's a must! It's length could easily be based on the size of the body, using real lupines/canids as a model. As for the human form hiding it in thier pants leg, think of where it exits and follows the spinal column down thru the pelvis. Even if it loses it's fur, a inch diameter tail goi...

There should be a price to pay for transfoming, a time for the body to recover from the trauma it has just suffered thru. Also, the thought of partialy returning to a human form doesn't really fit with the idea of being one or the other. What would be the purpose of being half and half? If you have ...

I would prefere to see the strength kept realistic with the muscle mass of the werewolf. Do they need to be able to throw a car or even to lift one? Would they need to lift a victim instead of pulling them down by thier throat (you don't stand for long after the jugular has been punctured/removed)? ...

I tend to agree with Terastas on this, it would lessen any attempt at a serious movie. The scene in The Howling worked, but they had already ruined the film with the whole sex parlor masturbation scenario in the begining of the movie. That movie was great when I was 16, but as an adult it leaves a l...

Some memories of thier human form could be there - I personaly wouldn't mind the limited memories during the early transformation and allowing more memories coming as they become more use to the process. But if it is a movie about werewolves in a more social or group setting, would they even need th...

Not counting the long guard hairs, wolves can have two OR three coats, depending on the animal. The thick winter down fur gives them that ridged or lambs coat look when it lifts the outer coat up. Some have a full, thick coat of the guard hairs (instead of the usual lightly inter mixed guard hairs) ...

Canids stay cool by panting and radiating body heat thru thier ears, desert foxes and mexican wolves have larger ears than thier northern counter parts for just that reason. So maybe a southern werewolf would have the same features? They also handle heat very well, think for a moment, a cat is also ...

Wolf claws can come in different colors, even on the same paw. They can be white, black, grey, tan, spotted, striped, you get the idea. The teeth would look best in white, especially when they glint in the light as the werewolf bares it's fangs.

I prefere a quadraped version myself, it's just more wolf like and less human. A quad can still stand for brief periods, and would have an advantage in taking down prey. Don't believe it? Try going up against a trained police dog and see how long you can stay verticle! A 100lb animal has no problem ...

Hight should depend on the initial size of the affected person. In changing the skeletal structure to a more lupine build there would be no need for an increase in hight. Even in a digi/biped with an elongated angle reach, the upper leg bone in a canid is shorter for it's body length versus the huma...
