Re: Gorehounds
I agree with Figarou, if the game is advertized, but doesn't just spam the forum with vaporware or something, then that is very much welcome, so even if he never posts again, I'd call that high signal to noise ratio forum member and belongs here. Do not confuse activity with progress. Not much of a ...

Re: A scientifical way to explain how werewolves shift?
Smaller werewolves? No, sorry I can't accept that. :P That also goes against werewolves being powerfull beings as well. Think of it more in terms of like a crash diet rather than comic book size differences. Mostly the loss in size would, in my view, come through essentially weight loss that would ...

Virus detail: Why stop at one virus? Forget the singular plague like roots, a multiple virus/bacteria/pathogen approach to infection give more wiggle room for plot and such. Off the back of splitting up the contagent into multiple components, the problem of where werewolf/wolf genetic material comes...

Before I begin, a disclaimer, I'm rather ill right now, I'm seriously messed up in the head, and can barely think at all, unfortunately few people really understand that because I may well seem coherent, it's the grammar and punctuation and words made over thousands of years doing a damn fine job, n...

Re: The best weapon against a werewolf
The weapon you are thinking of, Meeper, or at least what I assume you described, is called an atlatl. You may need to have a bit of practice with one before you using it defend against werewolves :P I found it, it may have an original name, but it seems to be more colloquially called a rope dart, o...

Re: The best weapon against a werewolf
At long range? some hunting rifle or other with a good scope. Mid range? Some form of shotgun, but not using shot, there are slugs designed for shotguns, I'd prefer those. Failing that, maybe crossbow, cross pistol, or regular hand gun. Close range/hand to hand? It's a bit of a toss up, being a bit ...

I wish I could go to one of these events Scott, sounds like a riot, but alas, I'm not even on the same land mass. I don't know if the event happened in Whitby, if it did, I missed it, still, bit of a moot point for me, I just don't have the money to do it unless it was practically in my back yard. N...

Agreed, it hasn't died Terastas, I'll admit I had a bunch of ideas coming into it, but I'm one person, I am more limited than I may seem at times, sure I've learned and grown, but I'm not the charismatic sort that gives rise to a "golden era" like people talk about, but I'm here, and commu...
