Re: Regarding 'Freeborn'

Another come-back'er here. Been a while since I browsed this forum, and am sad to notice that apparently "not much" has been happening in between.

Too good for it's own good, maybe. Like Matt, I'd love to be proven wrong though. But I'm not holding my breath.

Re: World of Warcraft... playable werewolves?!

Well, I play WoW, and I'm torn if this happens. New races are fun, but they eat a ton of development time while not really being new content(read: more stuff I can actually PLAY and not just new looks). If you recall, the first 2 new races they introduced had entirely new capitol cities, starting a...

Yep, not going to best "the original" Bluth masterpiece. Just like in the article, I just kind of smell riding on the popularity of rodents lately :P

Old one coming back?

Yeah, hehe. As you can see from the post count, I'm not technically new. But felt like posting anyway, so here I am. Dunno if anyone actually remembers me, but that's the point, here. So: I'm Arto "FoxOfWar" M, a fairly avid transformation fan(atic), werewolves obviously included. Since th...

As said, it'd depend on the person. For my usual character type, that is indeed the "victim" of transformation as opposed to being in control, they all kinda freaked out on their first transformation. Some sort of unstableness is a surefire thing on first transformation, that's just a rule...

I think in my case it depends on the point of view. On the outside, I'm a human allright. I'd be stupid to try to tell you anything else. But on the inside and in my dreams, I've been a talking fox(who has a knick for fire- and transformation magic) for years. Yip. Suppose it is as it is usual in my...

Should be instinctual, yes, but I suppose some individuals would need a bit teaching. Especially if he/she is a 'bitten' one instead of naturally born.

Checked few sources.

I'm born some 2 days after full moon. I suppose that is close enough :)

Ohh damnit, this looks interesting. Sadly, I doubt that will absolutely never get to here in Finland.

Well. I suppose i do believe in them. As for the description of a ww I'm believing in, I'm not sure. I of course know of the "emotional/spiritual/totem" etc. ww's, but I'm not sure if I readily believe that the "traditional, physical shapeshifter" is true. So I stand somewhere in...

I'd figure that they would be treated much with more surprise, since everyone's heard of werewolves, but, other werekin seem much more far-fetched. I figure were's would be limited to roughly, mammals, marsupials, birds, reptiles, and amphibians, plus possibly fish. Basically anything with a spine....
