Re: Two questions... [Safehouses and werewolf training]
Well, actually I didn’t mention anything about werewolves losing their mind after the transformation, although I do think that if they didn’t know0 they were werewolves beforehand they would probably have a very strong reaction out of fear. All I was wondering was what a werewolf pack would need to ...

Re: Two questions... [Safehouses and werewolf training]
Well, for the safehouses, I did have a few ideas of my own. They would probably have to be very cheap and inconspicuous (Not even having windows), the former for if it is discovered by a hunter has to be destroyed and the latter to keep said hunter from discovering it. It would probably be located o...

Re: What type of instincts would a were have?
Well, what about the idea that hunting instincts may lead ot an amplified response when a were is angered, basically making them able to be rational in were form under normal circumstances, but if they get angry, you're pretty much dog meat. And then there is the "killing bite", whichisthe ...

Two questions... [Safehouses and werewolf training]
Well, as i was finally getting off my lazy a** to work on my story, I noticed that there was a little roadblock in the way of writing it, and I wanted to ask a question to see what you think about it, allong with a second one that I've just been wondering about. First off, if a pack takes a new were...

Re: Your ideal werewolf
The werewolves that I'm writing about now are essentially monsters, in fact that's why I write about things like werewolves and vampires, because they aren't human, even if they once were. They aren't just normal people who can turn furry at will, being bitten changes you, doesn’t remove your free ...

Re: AHHHHHHHHHHH SILVER
Well, the darts are supposed to inject some sort of colloidal silver solution into the blood, which would cause more damage to them than a regular bullet hole because of the whole "burning from the inside out" thing that would probably happen to a werewolf pumped full of silver.

Re: AHHHHHHHHHHH SILVER
You want an effective "Silver" bullet? Not hard to do: Take powdered Silver and mix it with a water soluble "grease" like K-Y Jelly and then load it into a large hollow-point pistol bullet. The "filling" doesn't affect the bullet's usability, but when fired into a Were...

Re: AHHHHHHHHHHH SILVER
That does explain that. But I do remember reading from somewhere that if sliver got in their bloodstream, they would die. Originally, that would kill anyone. Plus liquid silver is very hard to create. And once it hits air, it hardens right away. But what if they were allergic? *nods* That's why in ...

Re: What is the meaning of Life and the purpose of Life
That may not be coincidence. For over a decade I've used a role-playing gaming metaphor for life--that "souls" are players, "God" is the game master, and I'm my soul's character. (I've since reworked my notion of God and souls, but it's a familiar starting point to a lot of you ...

Re: Australia to lose legal rights to play MMOs
Your Austrailan and/or European censorship of video games and violence confuses and frightens me.
And yes, I realise that we do have censorship in the form of the FCC and MPAA in the US. But I hate them for it.

Re: The Term "Lycan".
Oh dear sweet jesus I hate that term. Lycan is a word that only the werewolf weaboos on here use, those people with distractingly bad grammar and spelling and the annoying tendency to think they're actually werewolves (Not talking about the therians though) when in reality they are just stupid teena...

Reading the venting thread and seing so many of my brethren's sad work situation is depressing. Just goes to show that in the real world, the tormentors, burecrats, idiots and monsters always win.

Why is everything that Tim Burton has his name attached to so darn pleasing to look at? In a dreary beautiful kinda way... Tim's movies are all dark and dreary because he has a definite preference for the Gothic approach, but they're all so beautiful, I'm convinced, because he may very well be one ...

You know, I would love to see you go to a big publishing company and end up with the book mass produced and on store shelves nationwide. Have you thought about trying that?
But I still might ask for it for my birthday as-is.

Re: Animal ghosts?
Well, this is very interesting. I wonder when our forum's sole rationalist is going to muck up this beautiful discussion of souls and the nature thereof with nagging questions about waking dreams, wishful thinking and other things that make the mystical into just smoke and mirrors. Although I'm not ...

Re: On the Man Eater Issue
Well, although I like your ideas, and respect your conception of werewolves (and at least you don't whine about being "persecuted" like Vuldari), there is a problem with your theory. There is the fact that wolves are very social animals, and I'm pretty sure that they don't kill their own k...

Actually, my request was not so much to debate about your interpretation of the werewolf as your political views in general (In that you beleive we should all go back to living in the wild and chuck civilization in the trash), which are very radical and do bring up some interesting points that would...

Bezerker, your first post on this topic is a very good summation of your beliefs, more consise than anywhere else on these forums. That being said, I was wondering if anyone had any counterpoints to your argument. Because I know that Kietsu mentioned that he had a beef with your people-should-regres...

Re: Any anti-werewolf KKK-type organizations?
Well, technically, my demons are a little different from yours. The basic definition of demon in my universe is "Any beign that is the full-blooded descendant of the angels that fell from heaven". But the whole "allegiance to Satan" thing is more of a political choice. So you hav...
