I see some potential to the idea. I probably wouldn't do it that way myself, but it would be interesting to see something made from this idea. Werewolves are shapeshifters. If you give them a high enough degree of control, they might very well be able to alter their general fur color as they shift. ...

Now, as for a seperate Freeborn forum, who is going to help maintain it? Me? Or someone else? It doesn't really matter if its me or not. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for updates on this forum. I'm also doing a backup every 2-3 weeks. Also...how does everybody want the look and feel of the Freeborn fo...

For the record, I wasn't trying to be demanding or take over. It's just a personal preference of mine of fierce werewolves over milder anthro-wolves. Similarly for the record, I thought yours fell easily within the suggestions category, so I wasn't trying to criticize you or anything like that. I j...

I'm just going to step in and preempt a few things I see coming. So, before everyone jumps in... It's fine to make our preferences clear, to a minimal degree, but we need to keep in mind that Goldenwolf is kindly doing this for free and that she is very good at what she does. I would encourage every...

On one hand, I do like the idea of having a Sanctuary where the older and more active members can have a bit of peace and quiet, but if we did that, it would need to be based on length of membership instead, with number of posts being of limited importance. I also think the requirements should not b...

There must be a way to figure join date with post count . Someone who is good with algebra.. I hate algebra!! A balance must be struck between those who have waited longest for the necklaces, and those who have contributed greatly to the boards. My 2 cents. :| Personally, I would say to let priorit...

I don't mind ( too much) seeing 'were,' 'p-shift,' 'bitten,' 'gestalt,' and the like (it's fairly clear what they mean), but I don't use those terms myself, excepting the rare odd circumstance. The ones like 'WW,' 'SS,' 'PS,' and 'TF' are a bit more of a stretch. I tend to prefer quality in everythi...

Here are my thoughts: Keep Freeborn and the Pack mostly separate. Make a small section for Freeborn (and do similarly for any movie we take part in), and point any Freeborn werewolf-related discussion there. This will require a bit of self-control on our own part, though, as I know we all love to ta...

...I already know what's it like being a therian. I'm getting real sick of people saying that... -.-... Why is that? :? I think it's a matter of differing (and unyielding) opinions on what therianthropy is... Mix Bouda-Lycaon's definition has very little, from what I can infer from the description ...

*sigh* Calm down, people. Please. Is the point of this forum to dictate Freeborn, or is it to talk about what we want to see in a werewolf? Certainly, then, isn't using Freeborn as an excuse to bash someone in the head with your opinion kind of silly? Forget that. I trust ABrownrigg to do a good job...

I have to agree with Vuldari on this one. A muscular build isn't impressive to me and can even end up looking silly (or in extreme cases, disgusting). Bruce Lee, there, looks much healthier to me than that guy in the picture kitetsu posted a few posts up. I would be much more impressed by a werewolf...

Bah, stupid Disney, there were no werewolves in the Chronicles. There were just extra big talking wolves. I'm pretty sure the one in the trailer is Fenris Ulf. There was a werewolf in the Chronicles of Narnia; however, it's role was very short-lived. I remember [spoiler]a meeting between Caspian an...

i'm sorry if i redid the post. it was actually meant to be a comedy thread more than one for gathering information. i thought it'd be funny, and by the looks of it, it was. anyway, if a mod or admin wants to delete this for redundancy, go ahead. It has been discussed before, but I think it was buri...
