Re: Game of Thrones

I have to take back what I said about not reading the books. I read the first one almost all the way through and I loved it. I can tell you that the show follows the book almost word for word. This was the first book that I have (mostly) read since starting college two and a half years ago. I was a ...

Re: Aloe Vera

Really, really, long, but I get the jist of it. lol. With Aloe Vera lotion I never, ever have to worry about burns. I've grabbed hot pans before and had the indications of future blisters, but my solution is the apply the gel over and over again. Once the gel dries on my fingers I use an additional ...

Re: Kuratas The Robot

I am completely unimpressed with robots as much as people love to believe how advanced they are. They tumble down steps more than I do, even in a controlled environment.

Re: The Pack Facebook Page

I'm not sure if I should post on the page to increase views/interest. I figure it's best to keep it only in relevance to The Pack and Freeborn. Takyoji make me administrator on the page and I'm not sure if we both have control over it or just me. I accidentally made a private message to someone whil...

Re: Ghosts

It seems to be a common theme in fiction that supernatural beings have a heightened awareness of other supernatural beings. So, if you have a very supernatural interpretation of a werewolf, why not?

We also have a Facebook! Try and search up "The Packs Den" and look for the familiar full moon logo. I'm not sure how to post the website url or else I would.

The episodes I am watching are for HBO, yes. I'm pretty sure it's the second season...or else....what am I watching?!!? Someone told me that they tried reading the books and he did not find them interesting. But now he loves watching the series and is interested in the books again. Personally, I don...

Re: Forum Reset & Restructuring Ideas

Would it be more appropriate to construct a sort of prototype or demo to help us all picture how OSQA look for "What should a werewolf be"? I think we also all need to know that we have a working, bug free model of the new format before we close the door on the original forum. I voted &quo...

Re: Real Werewolves

Everything AB said is true: we're a rather cynical bunch of werewolf fans that aren't very open to "real werewolf" claims. Many of us will grill you, and sadly sometimes flame. If everything you said is actually true, then at least take humor in the irony of our backlash. However, that sai...

Re: Hi There ^_^

Heya there!

I'd say that werewolf fans have to be at least like, twice as likely to wear a tail. Lol. A lot of werewolf fans may also be furries, anime-fans, really appreciate the beauty of nature, love taxidermy, etc. (I hope that I'm not offending anyone with stereotypes, lol)

Game of Thrones

Anyone? Just started watching it this week and I've already watched 4 today and might go on for the 5th in an hour or so. We're one the second season too. Never read the book, but I highly recommend the TV series. My only grievances is that it can become difficult to follow every character's ...

Re: Werewolves in the Elder Scrolls V - Skyrim (spoilers)

I think I found more evidence that there's a werewolf fan working for Bethesda: There are at least two books in the game about werewolves, one of which has theories and descriptions of the werewolf transformation...right down to the change of proportions between the two forms. This is stuff only we ...

There's always the full moon as an event to bring everyone together. Or maybe we could be ironic and chat on new moon nights?

(new moon nights would be better prowling nights for werewolves anyway.)

i youst get an idea film your transformation on camera but dont upload it to pc and show him/her so they will know how you look then ask them if you could change Meeper pretty much said it for me, and then more -- I didn't think about the 'evidence' bit! Re: Hair dye...what happens?

I guess that dyeing your hair as a werewolf would be a frustratingly pointless thing to do. If the mane grows out, then perhaps the tips of the hair will remain the dyed color. That means that after the transformation back to human, the dye would be gone. That would also imply that a hair styl...

Re: A beautiful werewolf?

I kinda wish that I could find my old post in this thread just so I can disagree with it. My ideas of werewolf beauty have changed over the years and I have found myself grown more accepting of the ugly woofers. I sure as hell don't like the wrinkled rat look, or the hairless raccoon or any of those...

Flier: I absolutely love everything you wrote! Sounds a lot like how I've come to perceiving the mechanism of lycanthropy. There's genetic research that has discovered/beginning to understand how certain genes turn on and off throughout our lives. Some genes, such as the ones that drive the hormones...
