I had an absolute BLAST seeing you all this year (again) And meeting a bunch of new faces!

I think Friday night was the highlight of the con for me - it was great getting together, chatting about Freeborn, introductions and the mad scramble to find a place that was still serving food ...

I think that a dog would probably act towards a werewolf in human form no differently.

In the gestalt form, a werewolf might cause even their own dog to think twice. I have a large werewolf costume, and if I wear it around my dog, he barks at me - acts as if it was a large, strange dog - looking ...

From most of my readings into Folklore, silver is a recent addition to the werewolf myth - namely with hollywood and the wolfman.

The only connotation I can find to silver in the myths is actually with Windigo myths of the Algonkian indians, not werewolves, but there appears to be a LOT of ...

And as far as protections, if Nagini is one, then she isn't overly protected. And I think that Harry being who he intrepreted to be his prophesized killer is a damn good "protection" ^_~. But we'll see! In.... oh, 2 or so years ^^;

I'm actually REALLY happy with the costume that ShadowSaber made for me last year - imho it looks more like a real wolf and less monsterous (I don't like the furless face look, etc)

Mmm... just recently finished the book myself! Wonderful read, and defiantely better than the last book. I put it right under the 3rd and 4th books in my favorites list.

I've always heard of it happening, but never to anyone I really knew. I hope that you were able to get everything straightened out that you needed to - and they cought whomever did it!!

I also noticed the strange ears (and of course no tail) - I think the main problem with the ears is that they were very thin, virtually hairless, and positioned on the very TOP of the head, instead of connecting lower on the skull like an actual ...
