It would depend on the culture, and if the were was a born were, or a made were. .made weres are going to be more sentimental towards their babies, than a born were who was born into the lifestyle.

I've seen many long-haired cats in my area. The only thing is that cat hair usually stays loose. The cat would have had to get into something that badly matted its fur or been unable to groom itself for the hair to stay in one great big clump like that.

I've had several cats, I know damn well what cat hair looks like.

There is such a thing as long haired cats you know. Hair collected in a brush will have that clumped together look, simply because it gets caught in the brush that way.

It increases their strength, dexterity, etc, it's up to the individual themselevs to learn how to use it

I basically agree with all these points in my opinions. There isn't enough size difference between wolves and humans for a pregnancy to be something that would have to impact shifting (except maybe with a really large human baby in the very last stages of pregnancy, but even then, maybe a shift ...

All I have to say is I'm tired of wolf-whores. Wolves are monogamous, they keep their mate for life, and when they lose their mate, they usually die of grief within a few months.

it would depend on their creater. My Weres have something that's more than marriage, a lifebond, and a soulbond. One is rarer than others. their first Sexual encounter is a ritual gift to one of their Gods, and they're not ...

But if the offspring's own anatomy shifts with the mother to accomodate, then that issue is off the table.

The main issue I have with Fetus-shifting is that the kid isn't even complete yet, changing sounds absolutely out of the question.

My problem with it is the body isn't set in it's mold ...

Ok mabey I should have been more detailed. I think a baby should be half way to gestalt when born and then slowly revert back to human and the lycanthropy would remain dormant untill the hormones are activated.

I see many babies of an unsuspecting mother being killed or abandoned. . .or aborted ...

That could very well kill the baby. Things that little can't handle stress well.

My personal were's can shift, but their babies are also a lot smaller, more in ratio of an animal baby vs adult weight. For example. My borzoi are born ...

I have a dog here who has nipped my hubby, because he scared her coming at her with a hat on, something he hadn't worn around her before. They DO care, and depending on temperament/breed, they're reactions will be accordingly. A shyer/timider/less socialized dog is going ...

I think a werewolf's reaction to dogs might depend on what form he is in, and how much presence of mind the film allows him to retain in "wolf" form. .

It would also depend on the breed. Some Borzoi are real snarky around 'wolf looking dogs', but then, they weren't once called Russian Wolfhounds ...

Do you think that dogs should bark angrily whenever a werewolf in human form passes? I've seen that kindof thing a lot in movies; angry dogs, hissing cats, ect. I dont really think that a werewolf would keep any pets themselves. What do you think?
