Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 9/

Yeah, I've seen that Orc mount statue already. But to me, it doesn't quite look like what's illustrated. And I don't mean that just because the pose is different, or that it's unpainted either. Also, I would want the Dire Wolf by itself without the Orc rider. I'm with you on that. A worg statue or ...

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 9/

Is it more werewolf figures for #werewolfwednesday? Yes it is! Stalker - This wolf is stalking an unknown object, perhaps maybe the rat? I really like the pose of this statue. It's very animated and alive. Painting him was really fun. The model has a nice mane that distinguishes the head from the re...

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 9/

Alpha, that Warcraft orc/wolf (worg) statue already pseudo-exists. Many of the employees at Blizzard have those orc on wolf statues. They're fairly large. About 12 inches tall about about 16 inches long. They were given to employees a few years before I started, unfortunately. I'd love to get my han...

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 9/

Wow! I haven't seen that version of Jon Talbain in years. You did a great job of painting him. Thanks! To be quite honest, I don't even remember where I got him. I hadn't been home in 7 years. I was going through the Velkan werewolf box (which you sent! <3) and there Talbain was. Speaking of which,...

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 8/

I was in Maryland recently visiting family and going through all of my old things that I had left behind. I found this little treasure and just had to paint him up. It's a mini Jon Talbain figure. It stands about 5 inches high and was originally just hollow plastic. First thing was to fill it with g...

Re: The coolest Werewolf toy ever made (with your help)

Agreed 100%. It's simply too badass to NOT be made. Hell, I would buy two of those without even thinking about it. I voted as many times as the site would allow me. All we can do now is hope it gets enough votes to voted into reality.

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 8/

Today's model is a little special. I bought a Ifrit (from the Final Fantasy series) a while back. ( Link ) I had always wanted to paint it since I didn't care for the translucency. Also, over the years, I ended up losing the horns that come with it. So, to compensate and since he looks very much lik...

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 8/

Sorry for the lack of updates but there are a few more models that I've completed over the past few months. Today is a werewolf-ish/demon wall plaque! Again, found on eBay many years ago. Not sure if they're still available or not. Regardless, I'm very pleased how this turned out. It was very fun to...

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 4/

Here is the completed Lunar Legacy model. This one is rather dedicated to Figarou. Not only for pointing out this badass figure but for all he's done for the werewolf/Freeborn community in general. I took a different approach to this guy by contrasting the skin and the fur. The fur itself was painte...

Re: The Wolf Shrine - Werewolf Figure Collection (Update: 4/

The Dinnertime kit that was unpainted has now been painted! This is an incredibly detailed statue up close in regards to both the base and the werewolf itself. The base almost took just as long as the wolf himself. Side View Side View Back View Face Shot Figure Base http://leavethisplace.com/wolfshr...

Tribal Werewolf doing tribal like things. Such as...killing and looking generally badass. Another very rare figure found on eBay a while back. Assembled and painted by myself.

Re: The Wolf Shrine --- aka. My work cube (Update: 3/27)

Just finished painting this werewolf kit, "Bad Moon Rising". With this guy, I decided to go a different approach. Instead of your traditional black/brown werewolf, I decided to make him white. He's a tundra werewolf! In the end, it ended up contrasting with the base really well. http://lea...

Re: The Wolf Shrine --- aka. My work cube

Update! I have some new goodies to share with you that have joined the beloved werewolf shrine. First, it's the custom figure that I've had pre-assembled and painted. It took almost six months and lots of the $$$. However, in the end, it was worth it. It's the (were)wolf from Red Riding Hood. http:/...

It was you who found the Dinnertime Kit. I remember that. You pointed it out on this board many years ago. In fact, the one sitting in my office is that one that you were kind enough to send me. =DD I didn't send you a Dinnertime werewolf kit. It was a Van Helsing werewolf resin, remember? Oooh yes...

You got yours for only $150?! Wow...talk about a steal! I still had to pay several hundred dollars for the one I managed to get. Still worth it. Consider yourself extremely lucky. I suppose every now and then someone might find one pop up on eBay. But, it's still extremely rare. I'm jealous you got ...

The Werewolf Workshop - While not in the office, one of my hobbies is assembling and painting werewolf garage kits that I happen to come across. It's one thing to find a sweet statue and another to take it up a notch in awesomeness by giving it color! Some of these are complete while others are stil...

I tend to be pretty straightforward when it comes to things like this.

This will be no exception...pretty lame video. No idea what was going on or what was funny.
