Sheesh. Why does everyone take this so seriously? "OMG the toes/tail/head/skin cells on the nose".

I love it. It's a bloody freakish mythical horror monster. Kickass artwork, I wish I knew who painted it.

Hmm, I can't settle on one, and they change all the time. But: Drag by Placebo would be a fave at the moment, followed by The Seduction by He Is Legend. OR Any of these instrumentals (no lyrics) - The Opinionated Are So Opinionated by Poison The Well Just Like You Imagined , La Mer , or A Warm Place...

I saw it, and was pleasantly surprised. It is a very good film, and has some great random humour moments thrown in. Singer did a good job at the helm with it, definitely on my DVD wishlist.

And Brandon Routh does have an uncanny resemblance to Reeve in some scenes :) All in all, I'd give it a 7.8

"I Am Legend" is a story about vampires. Not werewolves.

Well, the sad but true truth is that most people want to see awesome, high-level art. And if you ain't got it, they don't want it.

Here's a moderate page with some listings of werewolves in comics (and more - tv, film, etc.) - http://www.ugo.com/channels/filmtv/features/werewolfguide/comics.asp Also, the sequential version of one of Neil Gaiman's (rather Lovecraftian) stories, Only The End of the World Again has some beautiful ...

V for Vendetta

The next film written by Larry and Andy Wachowski (the brothers who did the Matrix trilogy), and directed by James McTeigue. It's based off a graphic novel by Alan Moore, looks very interesting to me :) Stars Natalie Portman and Hugo Weaving (he was Agent Smith). The trailer looks fantastic, by the ...

I've seen a fair few bands. I really don't like stadium gigs at all (can't see much, pointless) - the only one I was at was a big music festival, and most of the bands I was there for didn't play there anyway :p Half the gigs I've seen you might not have heard of, so I'll post the more widespread on...

I'm a bit wary of plots in which the only curse is the social stigma attatched to it by prejudice. There's a truth that rings true in it and it shows a side to werewolves rarely portrayed by mainstream media. But I'm not too crazy about reading or watching a werewolf apologist story either. The who...

To tell you the truth I'm more inclined to think of an option that's a mix of #1, #2, and #3, but I picked #2 (because in my 'theory', that idea is the most dominant of the 3). So, some of them afflicted with it just can't handle what they've become and as a result they become unhinged (and therefor...
