Well... maybe not THAT much, but huskies are definitely very active dogs. They require a lot of exercise.Morkulv wrote:I also heard that a husky needs to be walked at least up to 10 KM per day, and thats not even talking about a wolf's needs.

Re: Pet Wolf
Alphanubilus: In this case, the facts can say whatever they want. The 99% means nothing to me. Here, it's a matter of opinion and one's standing. I don't want to see wolves being bred/used as pets. It's as simple as that. To your friends, I say "Screw you, let them stay free." And again, ...

Re: Restructure The Pack forums?
I like the updated layout that I'm seeing this morning, with the werewolf forums at the top, followed by general stuff. (Yesterday the werewolf forums were below general, which didn't make sense to me.) The current layout is about as close to perfect as I can imagine for The Pack's forum structure. ...

Re: Pet Wolf
Most states in the U.S. either outright prohibit, or require strict license requirements, for owning a purebred wolf (or even a wolfdog in many cases.) Oklahoma is one of the very few exceptions. Some states even require written tests and physical habitat inspections to own a wolf. Wolves are wildli...

Re: Pet Wolf
Probably a doggy that looks like a wolf. Like a Husky. If this is even true at all. But please Wolf Gal, don't come on here with outrageous fantasy claims about having a wolf unless you can back it up. And if you can back it up, get ready to be flamed off the forums, because there are a dozen things...

Yeah apparently playing the game on Blizzard's servers is part of the copyright agreement. But as long as it isn't public, I'm sure no one will notice.

Re: World of Warcraft - Pack Private Server
To me, the only point of a private server is to go around with super powers and godly equipment dominating everything. If there was a vendor that had every item in the game up for grabs, instant leveling for any class, etc. it might be fun. Otherwise, I'm not sure I'd jump on. BTW, be careful with t...

An extremely popular and mainstream video game for console had a werewolf as the protagonist. It came out for the Wii. Remember it? That little Zelda title?

One could also see Therianthropy as a form of Shamanism, and Furriness as a form of Recreation... But that's no fun, is it? The percentage of wannabes per actual practitioner are probably identical to therianism as well. :P Wicca is like that too. For every one person who takes it seriously, there ...

Ever wonder why there are fifty billion wolf therians, vastly outnumbering any other kind of animal? Ever wonder why none of the "p-shifters" can ever provide one shred of evidence for their abilities? Curious about how they can go around blasting "hoomans," and yet continue to h...

I'm already at lvl 12 with my healer in Aion and have yet to encounter any bad glitches. The difference is that Aion has been out in Korea for quite some time, and they've actually fixed their bugs already. The in-game scenery is just absolutely amazing and is a drastically lower drain on my system...

Man Into Wolf (an essay)
Published in 1948, this essay by scholar Robert Eisler details origins of the werewolf myth and their possible symbolic and anthropological implications. Eisler describes how the werewolf arose during the ancient transition of European man from gatherer to hunter; channeling Jung, he depicts a "...

Schools are horrid and American children are stupid on average due to a brain wiping culture. Teaching is a subversive activity and modern educational systems are devoid of meaning.

Looks interesting. Very provocative creature effects... I think that if we were to create a human-animal hybrid using the genetics technology of the near future, that's probably what it would look like. A fairly sobering thought for anyone excited about the prospect of creating "anthros" t...

Get the f*** out to sea with some fishing gear. Staying on land is kind of a bad idea at this point. Though I think that like zombie apocalypses, in this situation the military would eventually win. You are, after all, pitting something of less-than-human intellect with no tools and naught but it's...
