well it depends what version you are thinking of.

If you go by the crazy classical magic werewolf ideas than it would be plausible.

However if you go with the science backed versions it doesn't make any sense. You'd just be killing things.

I think there could be several things
1) Hunting human contest
2) Demonstrating superior werewolf prowess
3) Killing other creatures (if they exist i.e. vampire etc...) for trophies

Other than that they'd enjoy some human hobbies in human form... depending on the human of course
