Re: Pack RPG
Well, there are many kinds of beings, though during the start of the game it's just humans. Well, actually I've yet to work out a moral axis for this game, since that's one of the things I've always disliked about games. The fact that some actions are always evil, or that some things are always good...

Hahaha, the one person who comes prepared for the duckies, and there are none to be found.
Welcome.
I've actually never seen it spelled "knomes", is that some specific variant of "gnomes"?

Re: Pack RPG
Awesome, that's one. Now, my information on the wiki is probably a little sketchy, since I put most of it up there in the wee hours of the morning while in the process of revising it. As some setting details for the game's starting point: Five years ago(Current year is 2017), Time and Space slid out...

Pack RPG
As a few of you might know, I'm in the process of writing my own tabletop RPG system. The time has come where I feel the need for playtesters, people to help me shake it around to see what rattles. In all likelihood it will be here, on IRC, or on MSN messenger, or something. Ideally, I'm looking for...

Re: Link Exchange
Well, these are all ones I listen to on a semi-regular basis. Hideaway , by The Weepies. A rather mellow song. The Last March of the Ents , from the LotR soundtrack. An excellent, haunting song, if rather short. It does more with a single minute than many songs can do with three. Now we are free , a...

Re: Werewolves and collars. should it happen?
Well, currently my main werewolf character has got a collar put on him, though it's of the sort that is designed to keep him from leaving a set area. Well, that and to keep him from going Hulk, since it's designed to strangle him if he tries. It didn't stop him. As a bit of context, he was carousing...

My take on werewolves
So, for the last while I've been giving my werewolves a severe overhaul. I've decided to use them as the flagship for some new mechanics I'm working on. Essentially, the deal is that everyone in my setting has a certain 'energy' to them, and really everything contains some of it, trees, rocks, water...

Warlord
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGxBizeiL3s Check it out, it is rather cool. The imagery is fitting for the whole werewolf ideal. I mean, the way it's presented is just too awesome for youtube. This deserves to be a feature film. " She fed me putrid things: sickly sweet drinks, poisons, dressed...

Re: HELLO MY WONDERFUL LOVERS AND SCRUMPTIOUS CUTIES!
@Wingman: Aaaah, I love the one by Meatloaf. XD The other one is pretty awesome (describes how I feel some mornings, too). They're both by Meatloaf...aren't they? I might have foisted some bad copypasta on you. Just checked, yup, both Meatloaf. And of course I want to hear about the changes in your...

Re: HELLO MY WONDERFUL LOVERS AND SCRUMPTIOUS CUTIES!
Well, my day's been going pretty good. Woke up early, ate a delicious and unhealthy breakfast, and now I'm listening to the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain while I overhaul my werewolves. And I mean a complete overhaul, to the point where they won't resemble any werewolf I've ever heard of. Let m...

Re: Best job for a werewolf?
I think that, in part, it depends on what type of werewolf you have. If you've got the type that only transforms on or around the full moon, then that's quite different from ones like mine, which can transform just about whenever they want. It's not much, but a traditional werewolf is going to be at...

Re: A second Inquistion?
I've actually been bouncing around an idea that incorporated elements of this for a while now, though done via Burn After Reading(love that movie!) levels of stupidity. Well, that and elements of End of the Line(I think that's it's title, it's a fairly recent horror movie. Cult believes the Apocalyp...

Ok, I'm in, but can't type anything without it it saying to use a command instead, and I can't find a generic "chat" command.
Ah, nevermind, now I'm in.

Tomorrow I'll be dead because I went out with a New Wave girl even though I was a Norwegian punk rocker, by Turbonegro. Or something, it's titled Imorgen Skal Eg Daue, so I've got no idea what the actual title is, but the guy in the song says that's what the name is, so I trust him.

Re: The Pack Instant Chatroom
Yeah, but even when I can get into the chatroom, anything I type is converted into brackets and hyphens and stuff.
Is there some special software or font in use?
I type "Anyone in here", and it shows up as
- ( / )
- ( ------------------------------ )
- ( ^ /^ )
What's up with that?

Re: The Pack Instant Chatroom
What in the world does that say? I can't make it out. Either way, I'd love to stop by the IRC more, but it's usually dead when I'm there. Hence I tend to not log in...for long periods of time. I've no idea what it says, so I'm not sure if it's a special font, some variation of leet-speak, or a bad ...
