Re: Should a werewolf be able to scale walls?

Hey, big cats use their claws to help them scale trees. True, and that would also be true of the walls of a log cabin, tree bark being tough and fibrous, but the generally rightful assumption most people will have when you say "wall" is one made from brick or stone, or plastered on interi...

Re: Games you loved as a little kid but wouldn't play now

Well, you say kid, I was an older kid (about 16) by the time I really got into playing anything, but here's mine.

Amiga platform:
Zool
Atom Smasher
SuperFrog

Play Station:
Tekken 1/2

PC:
Quake 1/2
Unreal1

That's all I can remember off hand.

Re: Your ideal werewolf

My ideal werewolf, hmm, why not, I'll bite. Genre: This is split between human and werewolf form, human form is almost entirely real, just subtle tell tale lingering effects from the wolf state, things like knowledge, vision, visions etc all imparted with a dream like softness that it's not startlin...

Re: Should a werewolf be able to scale walls?

Should werewolves be able to scale walls? My simple answer is yes. Claws would be able to dig into soft plastered internal walls to create hand holds (or claw holds if you will), body weight would be an issue, as would how aggressive the climbing was, for that reason I heap salt on the wall climbing...

Re:

A wolf is about 80 lbs, and is not a killing machine. So why is a half-man, half-wolf always huge, slavering, and a hulking monstrosity Actually a werewolf can wiegh anywhere from 50 to 130 pounds and even during the summer months when they don't have thier winter coat, they're visably larger then ...

Re: CGI: Miami

If the forum can forgive me necroposting, Just wanted to toss in some coinage while it's in my mind. So much discussion was given to methods of imaging the beast, but actual shot selection seems to get passed over a bit. I watched Minotaur recently, which used both mechanical and CG versions of the ...

Re: Meep

wolfward: Half English will do just fine, I'm part Scottish, so we're in the same boat there  . Anyway there's a lot of threads, and more variety than I'd expected, I doubt I'll read them all, not right away at least, like I said I only have two brain cells and they're over worked and under pa...

Hello. So, one day I'm nosing around my usual internet haunt, when this random dude shows up looking for opinion and input, wants to make a film he says, about weeeeerewolves he says, I did arch my brow somewhat. A while later and I find out he's opened up shop for himself and anyone who wants to ge...
