Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

In seconds, Surge was infront of Alythe, hand fully stretched outwards to the side. " Relax. They are with me. If you have a problem that, I can humiliate you again." Surge smirked, "and you would hate that now, wouldn't you?"

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Surge cursed. Everyone was getting carried away with the destruction of the Human Regime, he hadn't had a chance to rescue Rajed, or, to minimise casualties, kill the current Human Regime leader. Surge was working fast, but time was against him.

Re: The animal spirit

I heard a voice from inside. It seemed that he had managed to get their attention. I call back. "We are people who do not wish to harm you, but help you. You can choose whether or not to trust us, but take note, that if you want to have a chance at getting the authorities off your back, you'll ...

Re: The animal spirit

I thought for a second. "Anderson. Just call me that until I think the time is right to use my real name. And as for voices - yes. I knew they were in here, and now it's confirmed." I walked around the building a little further. "Let's give them a knock." With that, I brought my ...

"Well...That's unfortunate. I don't have enough strength or energy to even attempt to bring him back from the dead. And after all I had worked for to keep as many people alive as I could."

Re: The animal spirit

I stopped the Jeep. The trail had gone on for quite some time, but the presence was getting thicker. If they hadn't been noticed already, they would do very soon. Suddenly coughing, I thought how lucky we were that I had stopped driving at that time. Another second and I might have lost control. I p...

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

"There are three major things that have to be taken care of. One, the Human Regime. The leaders need to be killed. Two, Rajed needs to be rescued. He's the former leader of the Human Regime, and established an alliance between humans and werewolves. Three, we need to find the cause of this mass...

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Surge looked at the bodies and the surviving pup. "No. This was not done by any human." Surge walked over to the corpse of a nearby werewolf, and searched its nearby surroundings. Finding what he was looking for, he held up a crest. "The elite battalion. Personally trained by Wolfward...

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Surge remembered this tunnel well. He knew the way it worked, and how daunting it would feel to anyone who hadn't been inside it before. Focusing his thoughts, he walked another couple of steps, and entered a large weapons room. e turned to look at the others. "We plan our next move from here. ...

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Surge stumbled through the tunnel entrance. He had found the access tunnel. If he could get the rest inside, the soldiers wouldn't be able to follow. They'd be safe to plan the next move. Surge quickly went to tell the others.

Re: The animal spirit

I came through the forest in my recently acquired jeep. I'd have preferred something smaller, but the time necessary to be picky wan't around. I came to the area I believed I was at earlier, to see James slumped against a tree, sleeping. I grinned, coughed, and shook him awake.

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Surge had managed to recover from the Godstorm technique, and took a moment to look outside at the others. They seemed to be managing, so Surge, Archangel and Dusten instead began working on finding the passageway.

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Surge looked at snipshot. "I know this is nowhere near over, but I chose this area for a reason. For starters, I'm useless for the next five minutes. Secondly, before the Human Regime took over, this base was owned by WASP, and the WASP passageways still exist. From here, we can get to any othe...

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Archangel slowly opened his eyes to see Dusten sitting down opposite him. He straightened, trying to remember what happened. Dusten looked to see Archangel awake, and smiled. "So, sleeping beauty awakes. You missed a lot. Everyone's taken shelter, apart from a couple. I'd say you and I ought to...

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Whoever had just attacked was being risky. The blast may have only made a small crater, but that didn't mean anything. He pulled out a watch. Slowly counting from ten, surge goes through the series of portals he constructed first, getting him inside the nearest building. When his count reached zero,...

I began to shake. Was he actually going to kill me? OR was he just questioning me? I didn't know. "The reason I stay isn't the fact that I have no fear of you, in fact, it's the complete opposite. However, I began a search for other outcasts from society, and I'll follow it through. Anyway, you...

Re: The animal spirit

I ran off towards civilisation. I had decided to get the vehicle, but the part about renting wasn't strictly true. My contacts branch out far and wide, meaning that I could access some sort of supplies anywhere in the world. One small branch was nearby, and they would have at least one vehicle. I'd ...

Re: Apocalyptic earth: gaming thread

Everyone's timing today seemed to be perfect. The area was clear of allies, and Surge had more or less finished gathering the energy. Jumping high in the air, Surge conjured a small glowing orange globule in his palm, and flipped in the air. When directly above the middle of the Human Regime army, S...

Re: The animal spirit

I thought about what could be done before coming to my conclusion. "I'd like you to stay here for the moment. When I get a vehicle, I can come find you and know just where I left off, so I won't have to try and find it all over again."
