Re: Venting

lol That sounds a lot like my mom. She says she wants to relax but on weekends, she'll do a ton of stuff like garden work, painting the walls, cleaning, ect. We gotta be careful to help some too or she might get mad and start ranting that she does everything around the house and we just relax all th...

Re: 9

I sure as hell hope so.

It seems every cgi movie is just the family/comedy genre. Not even family movies with elements of drama, like The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast.
Nice to see something grown up, with no apparent fart jokes for once :P

After she submitted to my... show of dominence, Ummmm, what do you mean? You're not getting violent with her I hope? :| In a real wolf pack, its usually an extended family. There is the alpha pair(most likely mates) and their offspring. So if you two are dating, and you wanted to make a 'pack', you...

Re: Recent group in Second Life (main Grid)

I've never been on SL before.
What do you do there? What does it look like(lots of different enviornments?)?
Do you have to pay to get an avatar/character?
We had dial-up up until recently so I never did much gaming, or anything like that. Does playing SL take up a lot of GB?

Umm, I got long hair. Thats about it...though I've always kept it long. :P I'd like to get a wolf or werewolfy tattoo one day though. I've also been tempted to buy a werewolf costume(or fursuit if you will). Too much money for me at this point in my life though. Heh. I don't think I'd ever clip my n...

Re: What places truly relax you ?

Hmm... I'd say it would depend on my state of mind. Places that help me relax though would be laying in front of the fireplace on a snowy/cold day. There I can just read, watch a movie or fall asleep. Also driving on a nice day with the windows down and some good music playing (Especially when I'm g...

Re: Apparently we aren't trying to give a different approach...

That may be the god like quality. There is also another book series call wolf's rain that has a few theries on werewolf orgins. Wolf's Rain is an anime series made a few years ago, not a book. Also, it was about wolves that had the power to give themselves human illusions, so they could blend in wi...

Re: one thing everyone knows

No, I'm not too worried about a werewulf sneaking into my bedroom and biting me any time soon. Werewulves aren't physically possible anyway. I'm far more concerned with the nutcases who think they're vampires. Really guys? Believing that a werewolf or a vampire might get you while you sleep is just...

Re: The Term "Lycan".

I always assumed that Lycan was a short slang for Lycanthropy/Lycanthrope.

Didn't know there was so many different versions of King Lycaon story. The closest one that I heard of was the one heartlessfang posted. (Minus the first part.)
