this board seems to be dedicated to kids who think they're really werewolves Ummm what? Are you sure you're not mistaking The Pack with a different site? Because I'm looking around at all the forums and all the threads, and I only saw one example of this, by a newcomer who got flamed into oblivion ...

I would make sure I was in top physical shape as a human, so in case a situation like this arises, I wouldn't have to shapeshift. (Assuming shapeshifting happens at a fraction of a second anyway, which in most stories it doesn't.)
