Re: Shoppin'
I love book stores, no matter how big or small. Please, somebody give me a comfy chair, lots of food and coffee, and abandon me at a Barnes and Noble. Otherwise, I'm a pretty casual shopper.

Re: Has it been 4 years?
I joined this forum almost a year ago, and back then I had no idea of the history of this place. I was just perusing the internet, looking up werewolf stuff, and I eventually found the Pack. I was naive, shy, and close-minded. I thought that this movie would revolutionize the way the world saw werew...

That is awesome news, Matt! And like everyone's said, it's great that you could find someone to do it in 2D! I wish you the best!

Re: Lets talk about fear and lycanthropy
After reading through this thread, I pretty much agree with all that's been said about balance, the extremes of the genre, etc. Forgive me if this has already been argued to death, but this thread got me thinking. One related issue that came to my mind the most often in reading this thread was contr...

I am on here almost every day, and I organize my thoughts before posting. I don't have any desire for power on here, but I do devote a lot of my time to reading everything on the Pack. I read much more often than I post, but I'm willing to interfere if things get hairy. I don't have many opinions ab...

I agree with RedEye. :D I agree with him too, but I'm actually willing to express my opinion in a few more words than that, Werewolf Warrior. :D RedEye, I completely agree with everything you're saying. I'm just afraid that even though "hotheads" would be able to stop a fight because they...

Well, there's a difference between "advocating" and "displaying" your opinions, and I hope that most of our members are smart enough to know that difference.

Now, everyone play nice. And if you're going to start a debate... keep it civil and DO YOUR RESEARCH! I'm not quite sure we should be that open debates on here. The whole point of a debate is to prove your point, and internet debates usually evolve into something where not even the spectators can t...

Re: More moderators needed?
We don't even need to specifically rank people, either. We can assign certain privileges to people without giving them bragging rights by attaching a rank to it. Takyoji's got several privileges already; the only thing he's missing is an image saying "Moderator". I agree, Kaebora, that ass...

Taking into account what people (especialy Kaebora and Howlitzer) have said here, I feel that these people would be eligible to be possible moderators: Scott Gardener, Set, Silverclaw, *nagowteena*, Moonkit, PariahPoet, BlackWolfDS, Aki, Kzinistzerg, outwarddoodles, vrikasatma, Baphnedia, KittyRose,...

Re: Forum rules suggestions
A post below a certain percentage of readability should be considered as spam That one is especially relevant, because there are many new users that don't seem to follow this rule. They drift off-topic into random chit-chat, seem not to care about proofreading their posts before posting them, and o...

Re: More moderators needed?
I vote yes. We should first compile a list of everyone who wants to take time to contribute and be a moderator, and then get the existing admins (or possibly the forum members) to vote based on maturity, time spent and amount of posts on the forums, past effort, and current schedules.

Re: If not freeborn, or building the ultimate werewolf...
Definitely agree with all of the above. I think all we need now are more members. This is a Pack, you know. :D However, let's not be too hasty about things. The Pack has been growing fine on its own, with little drama and a relatively straight path towards our main purpose. I say we let the Pack ger...

As a true patriot, I say that Barack Obama’s proposal to raise the tax rate on the top income bracket from 35% to 39% is a Socialist policy that must be stopped. We can’t let this dirty Commie into the White House and allow him to redistribute the wealth. However, upon further investigation, I have ...

No inches of snow here in Buffalo (surprisingly), although I am freezing my fingers off. The wind is brutal, the temperature's low, but no precipitation yet. I want to ski!!!
