"Erhard? Would it be safe?"

Yami caught a scent of a panther(She's a panther, right?), and he turned sniffing around him. The wind had changed directions and he was now uneasy that something was out there that he couldn't see. Well, not like he could see much as it was.

"Is there anyway to send oionut a signal?" Yami asked. "Some form of communication. We could call for some one to come help us, something."

(Sorry, I thought I had to wait to be found since you all were in the 'secret' area that I didn't know about yet. :D ) Yami had gotten lost, since he wasn't used to his surroundings and instead had walked further into the forested area. He growled a low angry note, his stomach growling back in respo...

Yami shook his head as he lost sight of the two dragons he had seen. He climbed back down out of the tree and headed back into the city. Maybe he could get some food to comfort his growling stomach.

"Bad things only ever get worse." Yami snorted. He pushed off the alley wall that he had been leaning on. "Where will we hide out? This place is crawling with those... abominations." He spat.

Yami sniffed on up ahead until they somehow managed to make it back to town without any interuptions. He sat back on his haunches, and sneezed. <<There's something in the air, I can't make it out. Is it possible that these... strange happenings might have something to do with the source of the odor?...

Yamis' eyes widened as he did see the shillouette of two dragons. It was faint, and he barely noticed. 'Don't typically see dragons around cities like this,' he thought to himself.

Yami slipped away, immediately, not wanting to waste any more time. Erhard was right, they needed to move fast. He lead the 'pack' sniffing ahead inspecting every bush and tree. It all seemed clear to him, but he could still smell the abominations getting closer.

Yami turned, smelling something new. It smelled... reptilian almost, but not quite. Dragon? Maybe. He climbed higher into the tree looking out into the sky, his amber eye sparkling curiously.

Yami grinned. <<Ah, but if they attack me from behind, they'll run into you. Or you will see them. Therefore, we'll only have a problem if they ambush you from behind.>>

Yami didn't go back to sleep, instead, kept a watchful eye for anything suspicious. There had been something strange in the air, but he couldn't quite put his nose on it.

Yami stood back up, returning to his wolf form. <<Let me scout ahead. I don't want us to walk into a trap. Walk a few paces behind me, and I'll bark if I see anything or get attacked.>> He cocked his head, his ears perked.

Yami nodded. "I can try my best. A lame wolf isn't very helpful, but as you saw me fight back there you know I can still hold my own. I'll help in anyway I can."

Yami breathed a sigh of relief as the hunter passed by him without incident. He layed back in the tree, deciding it would be safer to stay there to rest.

Yami sat down in a huff, finally relaxed around the newcomers. The other alpha would have problems with him later though, since Yami was born alpha and even though had since lost his pack, would always be one. He would have to learn to control his urges. "I agree, though I am wary of what exact...

Yami woke up smelling humans and blood. He climbed the tree hurridly, hiding in its' branches. It was a hunter, one he didin't recognize. He stayed still hoping that they wouldn't notice him.

Yami threw his bag on the ground and leaned against a tree, sliding down to sit on the ground. He needed to rest, and stupid as it was to try to sleep in this city, he closed his eyes anyways, drifting off.

Yami bared his fangs slightly at the newcomer, sniffing around him too. He didn't seem hostile himself, but Yami had learned to expect the unexpected.

Yami looked away, sadly. "Believe me, I know. I'm not surprised at all about what I just saw. I've never faced anything like that, but then again, anything is possible." He continued walking silently, wondering how he could help them. He had a limp at times, and was blind on his right side...
