On the other side of the coin the right music does wonders. i.e. Gladiator's score was done by Hans Zimmerman and I think it was brilliant and suited the scenes perfectly. It was subtle when it needed to be and epical at other times. I totally agree. Hans Zimmer does really nice orchestral scores. ...

I agree that we should have movies with werewolfs that have tails, but dont criticize someone elses design because it has something you dont like or want. Oh, I wasn't criticizing. I was just trying to say that I think a werewolf doesn't have to be tailless to be scary. If you're the director of a ...

The werewolf doesn't need to be entirely chained to the horror genre (although much of the general audience will always see a werewolf in the title or reviews and automatically expect a certain kind of flick -- and possibly be disappointed if they don't get it. If you went to a movie expecting to se...

Before I say anything else, I understand what the no-tails people are saying about wagging tails. That said, my opinion is that tails look good on a werewolf, and do not detract from anything even if you're going for the scary I'm-going-to-eat-you kind of werewolf effect. It just has to be done well...

I'm yet another person who can't quite put my finger on why I don't like WTF. Maybe it really is just that I came over from WTA with preconceived notions of what the new game should be, but ... I don't know. There definently are some good points. Specifically, the new system . The whole thing is muc...

Oh, I just thought of something. I don't know if it would classify as art but I think Calypso Blue's avatar is just about the most awesome werewolf ever. Somebody please tell me that it's a picture of a screen test for Freeborn... Something that would indicate that the werewolves in the movie are go...

I have two minds on this business of clothes ripping during the transformation. If you're going to be realistic about things, clothing has a certain give to it and even shifting to eight feet tall or some such probably wouldn't rip anything (it might be uncomfortable and look like it really shrunk i...

Of all the werewolf artwork out there, the White Wolf Werewolf: The Apocalypse illustrations done by Ron Spencer are the best (although that's mainly because I'm in the minority in that I prefer bigger, more heavily muscled werewolves). Goldenwolfen is a close second. I haven't found anything else t...

Okay, I guess I can see that. But, back to my example of the dude on PCP. If snapping a pair of flex-cuffs only required muscle-memory and concentration, how does the guy on PCP do it? I'm guessing that most PCP users aren't the kung-fu masters of concentration. Theoretically, they shouldn't be capa...

I don't see why you cannot have both. Look at olympic gymnasts or ballet dancers. Those people are the most lithe, supple human beings on the planet... and they're at least AMONG the strongest as well. There was a group of Marines in Philadelphia in the 80s that made the unforgivable mistake of ques...

I would have to disagree a little bit. Yeah, the werewolf should be limited by its physical form. As Terastas noted however, ordinary humans are capable of fairly surprising feats of strength under extreme curcumstances. He used the example of a major adrenaline rush (at least that's how I interpret...
