I think he was talking about the fictional hatred between them, not the hatred between their respective fans. And while Hollywood was probably first to set Dracula versus the Wolf-Man, it was probably White Wolf Games that set the emnity in stone, so to speak. Werewolf: The Apocalypse and Vampire: T...

Hm. If you really had no control over when you transform, wouldn't that make you an Omega werewolf? :)

Well, as I can't draw for %#&*!! my answer has to be, "You're asking me?"

This was a suggestion. Something I'd like to see. It's not, however, something I'm capable of actually doing.

Re: Fool Moon (The Dresden Files, Book 2) by Jim Butcher

My questions (to those who have read it): Is this a good read? It is part of a series. Will I have to read the first book to enjoy this one? Would you recommend this book to friends, family, etc.? 1: Well, *I* enjoyed it. There were a few minor problems with it, but it really was very fun. That the...

Actually not a bad idea.

What about a webcomic? Start it now, let it gain an audience, pull more people in to see the movie, make our empire grow, take over the world...

Influencing how werewolves are depicted is good. We all want better werewolves. There is some minor variation on what is "better" - some people don't like them to be vulnerable to silver, and some want them entirely nonmagical - but, by and large, we can agree when a werewolf is done well ...

United States Werewolfian Space Force, maybe?

Anyway, finding a company to publish, distribute, or program it is a bit much, right now. Shouldn't we have agreed on what to propose before we start worrying over where to propose it?

By the way, are we talking computer RPG or pen-and-paper type?

The Hulk Hands was exactly my inspiration for the suggestion. Though I do hope that if the werewolf claws are made and they do include sound effects, that there is a switch to turn it off.

Toys that make noise... ugh.

Just remember a long, detailed TF does not make for a good movie. There are a lot of ww fans, and fans of transformations in general, that seem to foget this.

You want a world, a setting? You want it in modern times? Okay, how's this for a go: In times of old, there were no werewolves. They were just legends, like everything else. There were no vampires, or dragons, or zombies, either. But, like the real world, they existed in stories. In WWII, the Nazis ...

Silver bullets to be sold in gun shops? :D

More seriously, gloves that look like werewolf claws would be pretty neat. Great for adults and kids!

Sounds like a great time was had by all. I really wish I could afford to go to more conventions, AC is one I'd like to check out.

I'm wondering what Anthony and other non-furry attendees thought of the dreaded furry fandom, now that they saw one of the biggest gatherings firsthand.

Unrealistic things about a werewolf transformation: 1. Transformation so radical could not possibly happen that fast, if it could happen at all. 2. It would disrupt many body sytems to the point of failure. Internal and external bleeding, the circulatory and lung system collapsing, nerve and brain d...

I've met several published authors, including a Hugo award winner. I've met Phil Foglio. I met the guy who played Zach on Babylon 5. I met Peter Schickle, discoverer of PDQ Bach. I'm sure i've met a few others, but they rarely make much of an impression, and I try not to be a fanboy and annoy the he...

I imagine WWs would avoid hospitals on general principals. For one thing, they rarely need them, since they heal so fast. In those rare cases they do need them, it is surely a severe or deep enough problem that questions would be raised. "Okay, you were shot. Why silver? You a werewolf or somet...
