Re: typcial werewolf blessing or curse?

Kay, so we've all come a long way since the time when all I could say was 'Ever seen Powder ?" So I'll answer this again based on what I've presently got. Being a werewolf is not really a curse. It's a difficult lifestyle, but most werewolves would say it's less of a curse and more of a respons...

Re: A scientifical way to explain how werewolves shift?

Also, this certain hormone would be trainsmitted to a victim when they are bitten, causing their transformation to a werewolf by altering their d.n.a.. It is possible to alter your d.n.a., so why couldnt this happen to werewolves? It also means that Bitten werewolves wouldnt be weaker than the Pure...

"Sit."

"Stay."

"Heel."

"Am I going to have to rub your nose in that?"

"Don't make me get the vacuum cleaner."

Re: What to do with a human who knows too much?

Lovec1990 is also still chasing the forced hand of inescapable evidence gathered by way of photos or video, presumably shot with any one of the plethora of digital camera equipped mobile devices. I imagine the usual/preferred method of dealing with this is confiscating/destroying/discrediting the m...

Re: What to do with a human who knows too much?

you can ignore them anyway who will belive them I think the dilemma is that, while most people would not believe everything he said, most people would also not immediately assume he's just a crackpot or that he made it all up completely. Just because they reject the notion that he saw a werewolf do...

Re: control in WW form

The blindness example is a good one, but most of us are not going to be battling the come back from a totally depreciated sense organ like that, it'll just be tweaking the balance of sensitivity around a bit, and if the brain is as good and plastic as the scientists would have us believe, it'll jus...

Re: control in WW form

I also don't believe "sensory overload" would have much of an effect. Imagine a person with terrible near-sightedness getting glasses for the first time, or a person born with hearing loss getting a hearing aid for the first time. Their senses have been enhanced by whole orders of magnitu...

Re: control in WW form

For me, I'd say it would vary. Any changes to the brain during shifting are negligible, but there are two things to consider instead: #1: Stress Shifting is brutal, especially for the first time. Words just can't do it justice to describe what it's like to have your entire body distorting all the wa...

Re: Indecision 2012

Be careful about complaining too hard about Romney. Newt could've won the primary instead. After eight years of "W", you should know better. The Universe is listening, and Karma sucks. :) Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting Gingrich, or any other of Romney's primary opponents, for that...

Jeez. Election day and not a single political peep from anybody. :? Terastas? Anybody ? Sheesh. Never thought I'd miss the old flame-fests. If I'd known you felt that way, I probably would have changed your mind soon enough. :P Romney was my governor after all -- I know from firsthand experience wh...

Re: Human-form telltale signs?

The general idea I have so far is that werewolves don't have one definitive telltale sign that is universally applicable that anyone can point to and definitively say "That means he's a werewolf!", but that they display multiple signs which may not seem out of the ordinary by themselves, b...

Re: Currupted wish Game!

Granted. But the millions of microscopic pieces all maintain their present location in the space time continuum. So for all intents and purposes, the only thing the explosion did was give the world a sort of grainy appearance to it.

I wish Mitt Romney would make up his damn mind about anything.

Re: About all these medical test scenarios...

The only real glaring hole in the story would be that doctors and scientists are two very different things, so your average hospital would not treat someone with an unknown disease. He'd probably get passed on to someone else and given additional analysis several times before they actually conceded ...

Re: About all these medical test scenarios...

My own take is that lycanthropy actually has next to nothing to do with DNA; that werewolves are not a separate species, but rather are one species with the capacity to appear as another species. So DNA shouldn't play a part in it, nor should any analysis of a werewolf's DNA provide any insight int...

i hava a question shouldnt WWs high body temperature, imune system and fast methabolism couse problems with medicine and pain killers like neutralizing them or use them too fast?
