Basically, every room has exits to other rooms defined by name. Things like "out", "north", "south", etc. These point to rooms by number, but most users don't see the numbers unless they created the rooms or have admin access.

The rooms I created are sort of an island.

Those are exits specific to the rooms you're already in.

I had to set my home to a different room to get there. I could probably teleport back if I knew the room number for the grove.

Catharsis. A part of yourself that's not all tied up and repressed, that has no inhibitions.

That makes the wolf scary, but wonderful.

Only the "Lyc" part refers to wolves in "Lycanthrope." The remainer is "Anthrope," or human.

I've had a few, but they tend to be pretty messed up and more than a little mature.

Largely has to do with my werewolf fascination persisting through when I was going through puberty. Links the change to some odd emotions in me :P

I'll have to give this a try once I get back to my apartment from the office. I'm sure it'll be great fun. Are we starting before getting bitten, like was initially hinted?

I'd think it'd be a territory thing. Werewolves register to dogs as a "big dog" in their territory, so they're barking to tell the werewolf to stay away, but they're secretly pissing themselves that something that could take away their territory is this close.

Heh. For the IC part of it, it'd be great if everyone started human except for the website staff, so you'd have to RP everyone getting bitten :)

I can't see it shortening, personally. Falling out and regrowing to the proper fur lenght perhaps, but even that stretches my imagination a little and doesn't add much to the movie.

This is another situation where I think the "lycanthropy begins at puberty" applies well. Thus, the slow aging doesn't become conspicuous because you age normally until the curse kicks in.

I think of it this way. Werewolves don't have inhibitions, or at the very least have significantly lessened ones. Thus, the wolf is a wolf, but it's not just a wolf , it's all the things you've crammed down and repressed, and it will be until you can reconcile that part of your nature. As such, the ...

Well, White Wolf's was a little more complicated than that. They had lycanthropy as a recessive gene, and thus werewolves could only produce little werewolves with people that had the recessive gene, whom they called "kinfolk." They also had it so that some people were kinfolk and didn't k...

The thing is, the cancer itself would be subject to lycanthropic regeneration, and thus would be very hard to eliminate by chemotherapy or radiation treatment.

I see a lot of accidents. If the werewolves are in any way organized, infecting others would be discouraged until the rest of the pack could check them out thoroughly, and even then not many requests would be granted. Accidents would be the responsibility of the werewolf that caused them, enforced w...

Humans aren't that fertile to begin with. Certainly less fertile than wolves.

Perhaps difficult births, high chance of miscarriage and death of the mother in childbirth.

Oh, the Ginger Snaps movies are rather fun. They just don't have a good full-on wolf in the first one. Second one is better, and the third has the best effects.

The first two also have wonderfully quirky humor. You have to see the second one just for Ghost. She's my hero.

I'd hate to be a werewolf with AIDS. You'd have horrible multiple secondary infections, but your flesh would regenerate just enough that you'd never die of them.

This strikes me as much worse.

Interesting. I may have to check out this album.

Is this the cover for it?

Yep, you've got it.
