I feel ya Silverclaw... We lost, not one, but three Chocolate labs this year... one to a heart attach (Ginger age 2) and two to the horrible disease of parvo (Blossom and Punkin ages 12 wks). This was all in a period of 4 months too, so I can understand about the sadness that follows. You have my si...

Living in Oklahoma, where wolf-dog and wolf-wolf hybrids is a rage I can tell you that most people that hybridize wolves with dogs deliberately choose dog breeds that are wolf like, such as huskies or German Shepherds. In both cases the wolf hybrid retains much of its wolf features, since both dogs ...

I found out about Freeborn when Gil (from Werewolf.com) posted about the progress of the story, and then AB sent me a PM giving me kadus about my own werewolf project Hour of Darkness. I then had to stop by. Of course nobody has to worry Mr. Brownrigg's project and mine are extremely different so we...

I knew it... Revolution just sounded too cool. Nintendo had to make it Wii. I feel dirty about saying...
"I'm gonna be playing with me Wii!" That is just wrong!

Chances are it will be mostly CGI at least for the wide shots and such. This will be the director and producer's decision though. I think most people will be surprised with H.O.D. because it doesn't feel like a traditional werewolf movie, nor does it read like one. It is very different. In truth it'...

Welcome, Alphanubilus! Are you saying you've got your own spiffy werewolf movie in the works, just as friendly to lycanthropy fandom? I've already had demon creditors trying to get my soul over something I said before Brownrigg began work on Freeborn ! I think my head might explode if two good high...

Yeah, I guess there are a lot of writers. I know a whole bunch, both professional as well as beginners, haunt Werewolf.com.

I guess werewolves are on a lot of people's minds lately. 8)

Thanks for the Welcome!

Okay, I guess I should introduce myself... My name is Joshua L. Roberts. I was born and raised in the mysterious land of Oklahoma. I still live in OKC. I am a screenwriter, and I am a member of the W.S.A.I. (Writers Services Australia International) headed by my good friend Mike Wilde. I found this ...

Bloodrayne was actually a lot of fun. The controls were a little retarded, and the guns pretty useless, but those awesome blades of her diced and sliced.
God of War was a better action game though.

I lost interest in the comic as soon as I read "Lycan" in the dialogue. It was hip in Underworld, but to see other sources begin to abuse the term just seems annoying.

Honestly, as a screenwriter, the whole transformation aspect of the werewolf, is directly linked to the context of the story. On average you have 120 to 125 pages to tell a story on screen. That seems like a lot, but when you start plotting everything out, it doesn't take long before you run out of ...

According to the actual lore, that is the lore not created by Hollywood, White Wolf, or any other fantasy deployed department, there aren't any cases by which a person obtained lycanthropy through the transmition of a bite. Rabies yes... Werewolfism... no. The disease aspect of werewolfism comes fro...
