That's pretty nifty. I never realized we'd been so influential! Looking back, it's obvious, but everything at the time just kind of naturally progressed. I'm disappointed the article didn't mention other group-name possibilities. I would have loved to hear their attempts to explain the possibility o...

Given what that wolfman looks like, I'd guess they took a mask out of storage, leftover from a horror movie. It just looks too much like an old-style werewolf. Heh. Maybe lycanthropy isn't a curse from the moon at all, or genetic fooling around. Maybe it's a leftover trait from human-whateverthatis ...

Maybe release parties could be organized for each area. You know, a gathering in San Francisco, one in Seattle, one in Philidelphia, etc. It would save on pack member traveling costs. Course, it would take a lot of organizational skill, not to mention money, if these were to be official parties. But...

I'd have to say the Teen Wolf one. (And in fact I did, both here and in the poll.) There's no muzzle, no tail, and he doesn't act very wolflike. I seem to recall underbiting fangs, too, which is just wrong. He doesn't look like a wolf. he doesn't really look like much of anything, except ugly and ha...

I can't recall whether the director has decreed whether the moon actually can prompt a transformation. I do seem to recall he was trying to steer away from the magical aspect of lycanthropy. But if the moon CAN make someone transform, then simulated moonlight might also do so. Moonlight is just pola...

Jewelry. Rings, necklaces, earrings, etc. can all have the logo on it. I'm sure a closeup somewhere would get a glimpse of it. A poster on somebody's bedroom wall can show the logo along with some made-up band name. It can also be a piece of sculpture in someone's living room. A rubber duckie in a b...

Hard to say. I first became aware of my fondness for transfrmation as a definite thing in 6th grade. But I was fond of them well before that. And while I enjoy werewolves - or some portrayals of them at any rate - for me it is really a specific subset of a larger enjoyment of transformations in gene...

Which makes me wonder, where is this film going to be, ah, filmed? The location of the production company doesn't matter so much as the location of the production. If you have a general idea of where in the country this'll be shot, perhaps someone here will be more inclined to try for a role if it's...

SaberWulf was a really cool character. I really miss Killer Instinct, I thought it was much more fun than Mortal Kombat. Better graphics, better characters, and Saber was the best. I wanted more games in the series so I could see more of him. I played a werewolf in a Champions pen-and-paper RPG, ins...

Thanks for the tip. I never really noticed that little icon before. And sorry if I seemed... pushy, regarding Duckies. An ex-roomate would frequently disparage my ideas and suggestions regarding certain projects, until he came up with them himself two weeks later and claimed they were his own origin...

I'm surprized you guys are making it difficult for the werewolf pup. Shouldn't evolution play a key part in this? If werewolves was a brand spakin new race, then I see your point. But what if they have been around for thousands of years? They would have devolped something that would make them shift...

A scrawny werewolf doesn't mean a 98 pound weakling. This is comparative. If werewolves are 300-pound killing machines if they're fit, then a muscular one might be 350 and significantly stronger, a fat one might be 400 or 500 and have less endurance, and a scrawny one might be a mere 200 pounds. And...

Healing
This has been sort of hashed over already, in the "what kills a werewolf?" thread. But I was wondering whether lycanthropy in the film does (or should) heal problems the human already had before they were bitten. Will an amputee regrow his leg? Will a blind man see? Will a deaf man hear? W...

Very cool... I'm glad to hear that, AB. As for wolf form reflecting human form, I'm all for it. A scrawny human should make a scrawny werewolf. A sickly human should make a sickly werewolf. An obese human should be a fat werewolf. On the other hand, a muscular or fit human should make a muscular or ...
