How do you create a new smilie you can use Photoshop, Paintshop pro, Animation shop, or GIMP. Too bad I got none of those.... :| Meh, gotta use Paint then... Unlike the others listed, GIMP is free. The interface isn't terribly great, but I actually prefer GIMP over Photoshop for doing GIF animation...
