I'd be a werewolf of course! Second choice would be a weredolphin.
But first choice, a wolf.

First, welcome Bluephoenix! I'm the woman you saw hanging out with Anthony. I'm his wife. Now, I usually just capture what seems to be the sum of the ideas on a string. Every once in a while, however, I add my two cents. I think the idea of subtle, very subtle things that show a werewolf infection. ...

I didn't vote because I didn't find one choice that was comfortable for me. Now I may be too nice in my own view, but I think it's valid. If I were a werewolf by our standards, I would have been bitten -ergo a former human. I think in the beginning at leaat, I would consider myself a human with a ne...

I think your views are pretty on target, Terastes, but what I'm looking for is a concensus of the PACK. How about it everyone? How close am I to what the majority thinks? If I'm wrong, I don't want to put it in Silver's Corner.

We all have our own thoughts and ideas about it. The best thing to do is agree on a conclusion. And I'll try to do that. You all seem to have different views about how it would work, or how strong the 'pull' would be to change. But I didn't really see anyone who felt that a werewolf would be able to...

Ok, before I put this in Silver's corner, I'm going to try to ask some more questions. We DID go over this in other strings, but I don't think we ever came to a conclusion. . Please let me know if I'm wrong. First. Does as werewolf shift while pregnant The general concensus seems to be yes. I don't ...

Aging

Due to their ability to heal when changing, werewolves would be more healthy than a normal human or wolf. Therefore, they would surely age slower than humans, becuase they would stay in good health. They would not age a great deal longer, because nature, cells, and DNA designed a human to live only ...

Ok, butt scratching aside, this is what I think I've read: Wolf howls are a form of communication, bot inter and intra pack. WW howls would be the same but a bit more complex. Body language is definitely used for both though, again, the WW would be more complex. Do I have it right? And just for the ...

IMHO From what I’m reading, most of you feel that the shift is connected to adrenaline and/or the moon. Since we’ve covered this in other places on this board, I’ll reiterate. The moon has a definite influence on humans and animals. Why it WOULDN’T affect a WW is what I want to know. Besides, I like...

If you are out in the woods, and hear a bunch of wolves howl, howl back. There wil be a pause, then they'll start howling back. You can carry on all night. You can also sit in the woods and hear two sets of wolves howl at each other. The howls change in pitch, intensity, etc. My guess is that they a...

Ok, I think this subject can be subjective. In my mind, I picture werewolves moving with the sam agility as a normal wolf. Watching my two big dogs playfight, it can be pretty agile. The are capable of some super-HUMAN feets. They can move faster than the eye can see. It was not as fast as I've seen...

I agree that where the ww would live, would depend on the ww. I thinkg that the majority would definitely be out in the woods. However, there are bound to be some that want to get a strawberry cheesecake/ chocolate macaroon double dip upon occasion. So there would be a few howlers on the corner.

Well, I would go back to nature. Hybrids who are bred back to one or the other species, tend to retain mostly hybrid traits. With enough back breeding, you get the original species with a smidgeon of the other. And since the mom is based either wolf or human, I'd say the embryo must be based the sam...
