Re: Claiming Nationality/Ethnicity.
@Shadow Wulf Well, all of my tios, tias, and most of my cousins were all born in the U.S., but they descend from my grandparents from Mexico, on my father's side. I don't really think they practice any Mexican traditions, to be honest It really is just the way they are. They love to make drama, bick...

Re: Claiming Nationality/Ethnicity.
Interesting So what about fourth generation or higher natural-born American citizens who live the culture of their descent? Just because their parents or grandparents were not born in the country of their heritage shouldn't mean they are not part of that culture I don't think my relatives in Califor...

Re: love at first bite, why we love werewolves
1. When and how did you first get into werewolves? Hmm...this is a difficult question for me to answer because I can't say I've ever been too into werewolves in the first place. I suppose any real interest in them started in 2009. Like the way most of us first hear about them, I heard of werewolves ...

Re: Speech?
Or instead of "fitting a human brain into a wolf skull," you could just make the wolf skull larger
Besides, it's not like the person is totally changing into an actual wolf. It should be somewhere in between human and wolf

Re: Werewolf Lifespan?
I was just wondering why there was no shorter lifespan choice But, yeah, I see the problem with telomeres. A normal person has them long enough to last until old age, sixties or seventies, before things start slowing down. Even with that, people can live up to the record of 122 years old. By the way...

Re: Clothes
I'm going to diverge from the beaten to death "to rip or not to rip" debate for a bit What I'm going to do is to look at it from a different perspective. Let's say that the werewolf is not larger than their human form and is not the "closer to nature" type. What if the person lik...

Re: Werewolf Lifespan?
...why is there no option for a shorter lifespan than an average human (assuming around 80 years in first world countries) I would rather believe that they live much shorter lives than normal people. Sure, they can heal wounds faster, but we are talking about flesh wounds, not regrowing limbs or cur...

I too agree with the points brought up by Serrina Speaking of skulls, has there been a discussion about them yet? I'm not going so say I am a bone expert, but I believe I've learnt enough from the History, Discovery, and Science channels, as well taken enough as biology classes, to have any opinion ...

Re: Real Werewolves, are they out there.
The transformation sequence in that film was way too quick and I always wondered when they shifted back, where'd they get their clothes? You had to watch sparkly vampires, and your nitpick on Twilight was the werewolves having extra sets of clothes? :eyebrow: Sorry the rediculousness of the sparkly...

Interesting. I like Scott's idea of them having to learn how to speak through a muzzle. Well, here's my spin on things I always thought they would have a communication similar animals. Whether spoken or not, animals don't define things in exact words but rather ideas. i.e. Growling means to stay awa...
