The play was f*** dismal.
Also, I know schoolbuses are freaking annoying, with the stop and go bullcrap, but what you don't do is, speed right past the f*** schoolbus when it's stopped.
Also, who the hell steals a laptop case? The laptop wasn't gone, just the f*** case. Christ, people.

Re: Venting
We're doing Peter Pan. No, really. :( Are you Nana, the Crocodile, the Ostrich, the Lion, or the Kangaroo? Or two at the same time? Are you doubling as Captain Hook too? Yeesh, your show sounds rough. I'm playing Slightly . The director and I kind of decided on the fur from the beginning, but there...

Re: Mounted combat, only with wolves and shapeshifters as mounts
Another problem is finding someone who is A. small enough to comfortably ride a werewolf, and B. willing to ride a werewolf. And if you're going to have a werewolf acting as a mount you might want to look into a non human riding him, something like a goblin or a gremlin, as they're usually portraye...

Bloodyred, my advice to you would be to do one of the following: A) Ask if, after one too many screw-ups, you can sit out of the lights and just read your lines so you don't have a heat stroke. B) Ask/suggest that you be given a bigger role and/or multiple roles wherever applicable. C) Content your...

Re: Wolf is in danger!
Ever read the dangerous game? Gotta go! Do you mean the Most Dangerous Game? Yes. And I've seen Predator. As much as I'd like to hunt down certain people, skin them alive, and then hang them upside down from a tree, that's illegal. Hunting down animals, skinning them alive, and then hanging them up...

Re: Wolf is in danger!
I don't doubt that, Redeye, but I was mostly joking though.
But with the price of ammunition as it is, I'd rather hunt something that I thought could provide me with some sort of challenge. Wolves...eh, just don't excite me.
Oh yeah, and the whole conservation thing too.

Re: Venting
I have a small roll in the school play, my last one before I'm off to bigger and better things. The only problem is, I know everyone else's lines better than they do, it really seems like I'm the only one putting any effort into the play at all. Normally I wouldn't care, but I just spent the last tw...

They had better cast some attractive women instead of three crones and a horse with a human body like Sex and the City did. Then maybe I'll scrape up some interest.

Re: Wolf is in danger!
Well then, it looks like the humans with guns are in control for once. I don't see the point in hunting wolves, though. They aren't that impressive when you compare them to a bear or a mountain lion. If you're going to hunt a predator, why not hunt the apex predator? And the likelihood of the...

Glad I live on the other side of the ocean. That won't save you now, Mork. AHAHAHAHAHAHA! I'm feeling a bit under the weather as well, but the important thing to remember is not to panic. I was talking to my one competent teacher this morning and he reminded me that a lot of the symptoms they annou...

So wait, this thing has characteristics of the bird flu? God, it’s like some poorly written fan wank virus. And the problem with comparing it with the Bird Flu panic is that the big worry with that one is the worry was that it would make the complete human to human jump. Swine flu already has. too b...

So are we looking at a possible zombie outbreak? Thats how these things always start you know, some new's skid mark is reporting deaths due to some viral outbreak sweeping the nation, then BAM! Next thing you know corpses are trying to crack your skull open to feast on it's gooey contents.

Re: Why do Humans Hunt?
Hunting is, for met at least, cathartic, I suppose is the term I would use. Not just the kill either, the anticipation, hours of waiting, and then stalking. It's like therapy. I can always work out all my issues during a good hunt.

This show doesn't take into account the tactical strengths and weaknesses of either side. Samurai were talented and trained warriors and archers on horseback, and a mounted samurai would run down any foot warrior in short order. Vikings were never known for fighting on horseback, but it would have b...

If you're looking for leadership advise, CRUSH ALL WHO OPPOSE YOUR REIGN! CRUSH THEM! CRUSH THEM! NO MERCY!
I have to agree with the general consensus, two people are not a "pack", or a group, you two don't need a leader.

Re: Your ideal werewolf
I do sometimes write about inherently evil werewolves on the like, but it's not often that the story needs it.Dreamer wrote: So your werewolf is not inherently evil, but still with a very high horror bent. Good idea.
For the most part, I shape the werewolves to fit into the story I'm writing.
