I'll probably get this figure just for the novelty, but overall it looks kinda sucky. The only positive feature is the face sculpt. Everything else is lame. In the sideshot the head looks like it was lopped in half, and the way the head is ajoined to the neck just doesn't look right. Those bodybuild...

New Werewolf

In case you guys didn't already know, there's going to be a werewolf in the upcoming movie - 'The Chronicles of Narnia'. Unfortunately, the only merchandise that they are going to have of it is a small statue. You can't even purchase the statue by itself. It has to be bought as part of an expensive ...

Good looking out Blades! I had read about these figures in a Toyfare magazine from way back, but had totally forgotten about them. That Grey Slash figure is now definitely on my must find list. Too bad they didn't give him a tail though. :( After work tomorrow, Im gonna be making a beeline for the n...

Your friendly neighborhood mailman reporting here. :) It's not the world's most exciting job, but the pay and benefits are good. The biggest drawback is that you have to put up with a lot, and I do mean a lot of BS from management. Oh yeah, I almost forgot about those annoying yap dogs too.

I dont see why non of you like werewolfs with little hair, I think its just as cool as one with covered in hair. There should be all sorts of type of werewolfs out there. I'm with you. You know what they say about variety being the spice of life. I think it would be boring if every werewolf looked ...

My sentiments exactly! It's not going to be winning any academy awards any time soon, but it is passable fare. It's the kind of movie you go see when you have some time to kill.

Brothers Grimm Werewolf

I was just wondering what your opinions were about the werewolf from the Brothers Grimm movie? It's not the best CGI werewolf I've ever seen, but it definitely looks better than the ones from AWIP imo. On a scale from 1-10, I'd give it maybe a 6 or 7.

Things that make you go hmmm....???

Since we're now dealing with the threat of the west nile virus out here in California, it got me to thinking.... can a person become a werewolf through a second hand bite? i.e. mosquitos, fleas etc. What about a blood transfusion? Since everyone who you ever see becoming a werewolf in the movies are...

Kotig wrote:I'm kinda new :( so I really don't know if this was covered, but can werewolves cry? Do they have tear ducts? Would they cry while shifting?

Yes they can. In the original 'The Howling' movie, at the end, Karen cries as she is shifting and is still crying after fully transforming.

The one directly behind her is the Margrave. Is there a way to post a picture directly to these forums? I have anothe...

Maybe they can live for 1000s of years. Or tens of thousands. it depends on the story teller and/or myth.

And that's why I used the word "virtually". :)

You would be virtually immortal. Nope..werewolves can die of old age. How old? Not sure. 150 years? 200? :? I'm not saying for sure that they can't, but how do you know that werewolves can die of old age? I've never seen a movie that attested to that. While they can die at the hands of others by va...

It depends. If the changes were involuntary and I had no control over my actions afterwards, then no. But if I had total control (ala senior Lycans), then hell yeah! Think about all of the advantages. You would be virtually immortal. You would have enormous strength and incredible agility. You would...
