Re: Werewolves: The New Vampires?
I might check out the wolf man, but have no interest in Twilight or Underworld. I'd rather see a hairy guy who can actually act than a bald, greasy cg monstrosity.

Re: District 9
Honestly I think the only character that was fully rounded out was Christopher. All of the human characters seemed like cardboard cutouts for what depth they had. I didn't see much of any character development in them at all. (Although I did love the very last scene. I thought that image was really ...

Re: District 9
I watched it this evening. Spent half the movie with my eyes closed and head down. The shaky camera effect is a huge turn-off of this thing for me. I get motion sick very easily, so I spent most of this movie sick as a dog. -_- The story wasn't bad. Visuals were great. I thought the plot device with...

Re: Wolf-themed animated movie announced
Well the reason he looks that dopey is because I'm pretty sure I see a tranquilizer dart on his butt. I'm guessing he just got tagged and is in the process of going under in that frame.
I'm just not impressed with the animation style overall though.

Re: They arrest people for the dumbest reasons
Hmm...That's a bit of a tough call. It didn't say whether he made money because of it or not. I do think people should be able to hack their game consoles if they want(of course that would void the warranty, but if you bought the equipment you should be able to modify it if you want.) Seems a little...

Re: i might be pregnant
Wow...I can't imagine not wanting your own baby because it's ugly. -_- Going by most people's criteria on here I should have been aborted. My parents were barely making enough money to support themselves, they weren't trying to have a baby and there was a very high likelihood that I would have been ...

This is pointless. It's obvious you cannot bring yourself to give anyone the slightest shred of respect if they disagree with you about anything.

I don't get it, why is that so condescending? According to her post she clearly doesn't have a proper view of abortion, so I was correcting her on it. Nothing condenscending about that, a lot of people have the wrong idea of abortion, including yourself since you view abortion as 'murder'. See, you...

Re: Legislature banning animal-human hybrids
I actually think the ban is a good idea for the same reason I support the pit bull ban. It's not because human hybrids or pit bulls don't deserve to live, but because there is very little hope of them ever having a decent life. In the backwater hole where I grew up nobody bought a pitbull unless the...

Re: i might be pregnant
I have no interest in arguing about abortion. If a woman makes that decision early on in the pregnancy for health reasons or because she cannot care for a child then I'm not going to judge because I have never been in that situation. Where I'm having a problem is not with what you believe (If you'd ...

Re: Wolf-themed animated movie announced
I'd watch it. I don't watch cartoons for plot, I watch them for humor and to appreciate the art.
Wonder if it will be cg or cell-shaded? I would think it would work best as traditional, but seems everything is cg nowdays. CG just rarely pulls off the style and charm of traditional animation.

Re: i might be pregnant
to answer some questions no i will not consider abortion if i am pregnant. i just cant do that to a kid. I can't help but to correct you on this. 1) A foetus is not a 'kid', nor a 'child', or even a 'baby'. A foetus is a foetus and it doesn't have a consious. 2) If you seriously don't want to harm ...
