Google-bot (or other bots) that show up as guests are spiders crawling the site, sent from various search engines, etc. They have the permissions of guests, but otherwise make everything that's publicly viewable, searchable.

On mibbit.com, you need to go up to 'server' and put in irc.paradice.net and channel as #pack or #paradice. We're not on Mibbit's IRC network.
