Falling during the transformation

I'm not talking about whether the werewolf can walk around on two feet, just whether it can fully complete the transformation without either falling over or dropping to a different position. I know we've had several discussions about four-legged stances in werewolves versus two-legged stances in wer...

Well vampires don't bite you on the neck, they drain your blood through your lips. Although some of their cousins will crack your back open with a bucket and drain your blood so they can bathe in it later. I would imagine that unless they have an anisthetic"sp" in their saliva like a mosq...

Deer Woman

I'm trying to get more information about what I'm pretty sure is a were-deer film. And it's by John Landis! However, I haven't been able to completely confirm that it contains a shapeshifter. It might just be an animalistic woman. Has anyone here seen this? Can you confirm whether there is any actua...

In terms of the only the folklore versions of the two creatures, werewolves are much more pleasant creatures to be than vampires because: 1) Vampires always died first, so people know that so-and-so is dead and that person could never come back and masquerade as human (and, even if they died secretl...

Being hunched over can make a werewolf look awesome, but it tends to look far better in artwork than in movies/costumes. I've seen a lot of fake, crappy-looking werewolves with the hunched-over look.

So I guess this is my usual answer: anything that's worth doing is worth doing right.

Well, I didn't like it for the special effects. I liked it for being so stupid that it was funny.

See Youtube Video. It's zombies, not werewolves, but it's pretty cool and it has been viewed over 83,000 times.

Hehe, that was funny, and yeah, that werewolf looks pretty good. Yeah, not too bad of a werewolf on a music video budget. Stuff like this is one of the reasons why I tend to judge bad werewolves that appear in movies with a medium-to-large budget so harshly. If these guys can pull off a half-way de...

Don't know what that video is, but if you remeber a line from the song type it in google like this ["this the words from a song" lyrics] and it will pull up the most likely song. Sorry, I'm terrible at remembering lyrics (and, often, I find that I didn't understand them right even when I ...

The Unknown Music Video

Ok, I caught about 40 seconds of this music video on TV and it didn't tell me the group or song name at the end, but maybe you guys can tell me who makes it. It was actually quite funny, it kept flashing back and forth between a guy who had a bunch of raw steaks tied to his clothing being chased by ...

Wow, i'm surprised I never heard of this. Must be because i'm in the DFW area. Kinda surprising and cool that Texas has werewolf legends. I believe my running count is about six werewolf legends for Texas. Pretty much ties it with Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, the other front runners (although, if yo...

By the way: is there any particular thing that you want to have expressed in the posters, if you want any more? I'm thinking that I remember this movie having other taglines than just the ones that start with "If you knew werewolves existed..." Logically, we'd want each tagline to appear ...

Which kind of werewolf is most likely?

All kinds of werewolf are pretty low in probabilty, but some kinds ought to be a bit more likely than others. If you knew for a fact that werewolves existed, what kind of werewolf would you most expect them to turn out to be? I've tried to make the categories as broad as possible, covering every gen...

What I meant is that they are to be presented over time. for instance, the first one would be shown. And then, a couple months later, the the second, the third, and then the fourth just before the end. Cryptozoologists have a hissy fit sometime if you mix common folklore monsters like vampires, werwolves, and various other monsters in with them. They will take any werewolf stories and somehow make them bigfoot. funny thing though Native American lore has a monster called the Windigo which actaull...
