If the dude is stable, then it doesn't really matter. He can go home if he wants. If he's not stable, then he doesn't really get a say in the matter. If he's an unstable local, versus an unstable foreign national, the situation is functionally the same: You're dealing with an unstable werewolf who can flip in a crowded place and expose everybody.

you are right, but still he can take the news well the problem could arise during first two shifts, because he could lose it during first brutal oe second semi-brutal shift so he would needed too be in US two months and im not sure he would want this.

That would make me wonder how many werewolves there are around the globe and how in-touch they are with each other. Could they get into contact with some experienced werewolves near to his home? If so, then they could do that and send him home into their care for the following months. If not, then yeah, he may have to be in for an extended stay to be extra sure. But that could go for being in the same country, too. If you're bit while visiting a few states over and there's no known werewolves in your home area, you're going to be staying away for a while. 100 miles from home or 1000 miles, doesn't really matter if you're in an unfamiliar place, with people you don't know, going through a terrifying situation, and are unable to make the trip back home.

they need be in touch with other packs Chris if they want too remain hidden and/or safe . Lets say you are bitten three days before departure wouldnt hotel staff or your tour guide(if you are traveling with travel agency) be worried that you havent returned from your little trip into forest or park and probably called police witch could search for you with dogs and the pack would be in troubles one they will have too explain why are you there in their house second one is police will take you too hospital and then they will ask questions and then they will let you go and you would go too hotel too pack your items and go home.Pack would need too figure where are you from and contact local pack and tell them about the situation so local pack can prepare for you, but if they dont have any picture of you or at least name and surname they cant exacliy know who from the passengers aboard the plane is their target.
