What would any of us look like is a Good question.
It would depend on the Type of Werewolf we became really.

American Werewolf in London/Paris = Four Legged Dog-wolf thingy
Howling = Skinny Coyote Wolf
The Cursed = Wolf Person
Underworld = Sexy Catman "Wolves". btw i liked their look, but they were too cat-like to be werewolves. Lycans i can accept.
Wolfman = Manwolf
Teenwolf = Manwolf with longer hair
Werewolf the TV series = Wolf Person
VanVelsing = Wolf Person
Daniel "OZ" Osborne from Buffy = Wolf Person to Manwolf with shaggy coat
White Wolf Garou = Wolf Person in Warform, but has all the looks possible.

It still depends on the Breed of Werewolf really.
There have been so many. Each kind even has slight different variations of itself.

How you become a Werewolf matters too.
