Can anyone here recommend me some good anime? Or even manga.
Some stuff I've seen and loved/liked:
Wolf's Rain
Cowboy Bebop
Trigun
Death Note
All Studio Ghilbli
Grave of the Fireflies
Full Metal Alchemist
Princess Tutu
Digimon
Pokemon(shut up :P)
Card Captor Sakura
Escaflona (sp?)
12 Kingdoms
Hellsing

Manga I read:
Just Wolf's Rain and +Anima.

What do you guys like and recommend? Anything animal/furry based is always a plus for me. :D

I LOVE 12 Kingdoms! So sad it will never be finished! :(

There's a werewolf manga called Dear Wolf that I've been trying to find the time to read.

Mushi-Shi is AWESOME! (Augh, I have such a crush on Ginko!)
Claymore was pretty good.
Bagi, Monster of Mighty Nature wasn't amazing, but it had a real anthro cat woman in it. (not the ears and tail style catgirl)
She and Her Cat is a cute, sweet short animation you might enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBD5D040D44
Neko no Shuukai is another cute short animation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_hhwApcgTU
Ghost Hunt is pretty good.
Ghost Hound was weird and depressing, but pretty good.
Fruits Basket is a little silly, but cute. It has characters who turn into the animals of the Chinese zodiac when hugged by someone of the opposite sex.
Yu Yu Hakusho and Bleach are pretty much the same story, but both are decent.
Petshop of Horrors(manga and anime) is very cool.

I found this one manga ages ago that was really cute. It was about a kitten who saw that his owner(a young teen girl) was lonely and picked on, so he turns himself into a human boy to be her friend. I haven't been able to find it to finish it, so if anybody knows it, please help me out!

I'll have to check some of those out :)
I only have the first dvd of 12 Kingdoms, but I am intrigued to see more. When this semester ends, I'll be renting a lot more of em of Netflixs.

Was the manga this by any chance? :

Closest thing I could think of; I just flipped through it once at a bookstore.

I watched Hunter x Hunter entirely, which is good. Even though the first few episodes kinda suck.

It was good for its time. I wouldn't recommend it to the average 21st century geek, but to someone who can appreciate the history of animation, or someone that can appreciate things that were "good for back then," I would recommend it.

That and the Jungle Emperor Leo movie. Again, looks kinda' lame by today's standards, but for its time, that was pretty good. The Kimba show wasn't all that bad either, but. . . Well, it was ahead of its time by American standards, so it got raped on its way over and a lot of the stuff that made it cool didn't survive the translation process (sound familiar). They completely cut out the song by the Black Four (which you can see here at about 4:35), for example, which is frankly what got me interested in Kimba in the first place.

Anyway, my list of recommendations would be:

TV Shows:
Paranoia Agent
InuYasha
Hellsing
Cowboy Bebop
Full Metal Alchemist
One Piece (Japanese only)
Pokemon (no, you shut up) :grinp:
Utawarerumono
Natsume Yuujinchou

Movies:
Akira
Pom Poko
Spirited Away
Princess Mononoke
Ghost In The Shell
Cowboy Bebop: Knocking On Heaven's Door

Just found a rather interesting manga, Watashi ni XX Shinasai!, it's about two people who both act in peculiar fashions. The girl wants to write a cell phone novel on love, so she blackmails a boy into becoming her partner. Haven't read too far, but it seems like it will be interesting.

Yeah, since 2004 actually. :P

Its also called Innocence, or Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence.

I have it on DVD, its really awesome and I like it better then the first one. I know that purists of the first movie are not going to agree with me on that, but still.
