I've got Dish, so I'll have to wait, at least until episodes start popping up on iTunes. That's how I got caught up on seasons one and two.

Season Three has definitely been an improvement. Season One was great, but Two really languished for awhile, dragging and getting stuck in melodramatic arguments in circles. Finally just killing you-know-who (avoiding spoilers to any late-comers) got the story moving again. It's more fun when it's about the characters dealing with the world, survival, and zombies rather than arguing with each other about how miserable they are.
