Well i did not spot the falcon. I didn't know it was in there until after the second time i saw the movie. I did see George Lucas's cameo though.

I was aware of the Millenium Falcon (or more specifically, A Corellian yt-1300 transport freighter) being seen in the background of Episode II: Attack of the Clones, but What's this about a George Lucas Cameo?!
Image

[Edit:] At the spur of the moment, (Plus, I had just been planning to do this ever since I found out they existed anyway...), I have just bid on the LazerDisc versions of the "Original" Star Wars Trilogy "The Definitive Collection"(Sans-"special Edition" C***...) Since Lucas has sworn that he will NEVER release the IV V and VI on DVD in their original form, the Lazer Discs are the highest quality versions in existance, available to the general public. ...now I just need to get a LazerDisc player to play them on...(assuming I win the auction. If not...I'll bid on another one, of course.)

When anakin is going to see Palps in the opera house thingy. Lucas has a cameo when he is running up the stairs i think at the top of the stairs. His only cameo in any of the movies pretty cool he is also talking to his daughter.

Really?...

I just saw the film again yesterday at noon (On a supersize Digital screen w/THX certified audio...a very nice theater.), and I didn't notice. (Though I wasn't looking either...).

I did see the YT-1300 Transport (Millenium Falcon) though. Image

Seeing "Revenge of the Sith" again has upgraded my opinion...It WAS better than "Jurasic Park 3" ...a little...

Hey...I'm trying...

[Edit:] Seeing it a second time has allowed me to see that some of the "plot holes" I complained about were in fact filled if one payes close enough attention. ...for example; The reason the separatist army was massed above the Republic capital was actually explained in the scrolling text at the intro to the film. (...heh...I guess I didn't read it the first time...). ...the Lizard thing (the name of which I still didn't hear uttered in the film) was shown several times in the background before Obi-Wan took off with one.

All in all, SFX wise, the film was visually spectacular...there WERE a few good lines...and I got to see what Alderaan looked like, (at the very end)...so it was not completely unlikable...

I'd give it 2.5 out of five stars. (To give that some perspective...I'd give "Cursed" and "Van Helsing" the same rating... the "Harry Potter" films an average of 3.0 for good movie fun..."Forest Gump" and "LOTR" at solid 4.5-stars...and the "Indiana Jones" trilogy, the original "StarWars Trilogy", and "M-P and the Holy Grail" as impressive 4.75 out of 5 star films...( I'm not sure if I have ever seen a film that was flawless enough to earn a perfect 5...IMHO...) )

I DO know how to enjoy even 2 Star films and leave with a smile on my face...but I am a harsh and stubborn critic...and I was hoping Ep:III would at least be a 3.5 (or 3.0 like Ep:I was to me).
...I almost dared to hope it would be a 4.5...but it was not meant to be...

...I also think that other "popular" sci-fi franchises SUCK too...such as both "StarGate" TV series..."SmallVille" (...I thought the old "Buffy" show was awful too)..."Far-Scape"...

...so...well...going against the flow seems to be a strength of mine. Image...I guess I'm just impossible to please...

Starwars was one of my favorite movies OF ALL TIME!! so awsome, so many flips, so fast, jumping so high! and general Greevous (hope i spelt it rite) was sooo cool. if u havent seen him yet, then ull know what i meen when u do.
The ocean is 100% water, and the Moon gives it tides and waves.
Our bodies are 80% water, so what does the Moon do to us?

General Grevious Kicked serioius A** in the "Clone Wars" mini-series. In Ep:III, he was a total wuss.

(...and NO...I'm not just saying that becasue of the VG Cats comic. This fact became abundantly clear to me when Obi-wan and Anakin first ran into him at the beginning of the movie. ... I've really got to stop ranting about how much I disliked "R.o.t.S"Image)

I have mixed feelings about his character for that reason.

You're not missing much. If you've seen Ep. II, and Ep IV, then you can pretty much figure out what happens in Ep. III.

Yeah.

BUT the final lightsaber duel is rather visually impressive. 8)

That sounds a bit behind for a theatrical release, but I have no idea what I'm talking about.

That's a pretty big typo. Unless it was one where they started out on one line, and finished on another.
