Not the way I would have preferred for him to finally shut up, but the important thing is that he finally shut up. :grinp:

Not exactly on topic, but...

Did anybody hear about the guy who did the lawsuit against Westboro, and how it turns out he was actually gay? The kicker was that his son, who's funeral those f***kwads protested at, had known all along and was entirely cool with it.

I'm tempted to suggest that someone should hold a protest outside Phelp's funeral, only unlike that jerk I actually have some sense of respect for others and would never stoop to such an infantile level.

There isn't going to be a funeral for precisely that reason. They claim it's because they "don't worship the dead" or whatever, but I think we all know the truth.

On a related note. . . I hope this is something like how it went:

Fred: "Ci. . . Cigarettes?"

God: "Of course. Why, what did you think i was talking about?"

Heh... Reminds me of something I heard somewhere about some religious scholars apparently doing some research which led them to suggest that the "72 virgins" promised to Muslims who are martyred in Jihad was actually an ancient mistranslation which in reality (supposedly) was meant to read "72 dates" (as in the fruit).

"Wait a minute! I blew myself up for what?!"

Robin Williams mentioned that in one of his standup routines. "Kind of like learning that 'thou shalt not kill' is actually 'thou shalt not quilt.'"
