I could care less if I am a "freak". I don't care what other people think about me. I am me. I am different from the masses of society in unique and profound ways, anyway. Being physically different would trouble me not

I love all forms of meat, and I do not count tofu as food. I do not even count it as substitute food.

I've read it. It's standard-issue shamanism. The P-shift ritual is known as "dancing your totem," which is a common practice in shamanism. Done it a hundred times, seen it done even more times.

I think the "vegan diet" thing is the author attempting to "recruit" to the vegan cause. She's probably a vegan herself and is using the movement to culture-hack.

All that aside...there's some good advice in there. Eat healthy, natural foods, have your own life under control, safeguard your liberties, don't talk down to people, don't try to fly off a cliff. But nothing I'd pay to read.
