I second the sentiment. I hope it's a good one, nagowteena. And may your cake be ten metres tall!

RedEye's this time, eh? I'd say a little bit older, and a little bit wiser, but that's one Pack member who's probably reached the height of wisdom! At least it seems that way to me.

Happy Birthday, RedEye!

Thanks! I doubt that at 61 I have reached the height of anything yet. I'm still growing. In fact, I'm growing so fast my hair can't keep up!

I can relate to that. I've had mid-back length hair for about as long as I can remember, but as time takes its toll on all things, my head's beginning to thin out. Give it a few years and I'll start looking like a new-age monk.

I'll figure out some way around that. Eventually...

Thanks much!

It's a bit of a special day for me, this, for reasons I've covered elsewhere. But anyway... another year under my belt. It's been a good year, this, better than most.

Happy birthday Vagrant! ^^

It's not going to be the 24th here for another ten minutes, but I'll wish you a happy birthday now nonetheless. xD

The sentiment is wholly appreciated nonetheless, believe me.

Besides, it's 5AM here. As hilarious as it is, you and Baph have gotten to wish me happy birthday before anyone else!

Wow, you're up early. Or would it be late? xD

And that makes me feel fuzzy inside. hwlwnk

I'm up early, I rarely ever miss the morning chorus. The birds around here kick up such a racket at dawn, I love listening to them. So does my Cat, but I think we both have entirely different reasons for it.

I tend to stay up late and have issues waking up early. I'm not much of a morning person unless there's an important day ahead. However, when I do see the sunrise and hear the morning birds, it's more often because I stayed up all night rather than I woke up early. xD

I'm convinced I'm naturally nocturnal (regardless of how tired during the day I am, I always feel energetic at night.) so waking up to see the sunrise sounds insane to me.
:grinp:

But, anyhow! That just means more time for Vagrant to celebrate a day dedicated to himself. Happy Birthday!!

Well, a little before sunrise, usually 3-4AM. I have a bizarre sleeping cycle that involves me only sleeping roughly four to six hours every day as if I were some crazy cyborg insomniac, then one day of the week I catch up by almost sleeping the day through (yay weekends!), but sometimes I can go two weeks without having to do that, it really depends ... but on what, I have no idea.

Still, yep, this has been a decent birthday for me, and my run of The Astounding Wolf-man which I ordered forever ago has finally arrived, hooray! I love Jason Howard's artwork, I do wish Wolfy had a tail, though. Still, time to place a standing order for that comic, I think.

Anyway, thanks outward!

Well, I'm not exactly one for religion here.. but before I get off for the night, I suppose I'd like to wish Jesus a happy birthday. Even if it isn't know exactly when he was born.

So.. yeah.

My history teacher told me some stuff that's actually pretty cool; she says that Jesus may have actually been born Spring instead of December, because the recorded census dates were in Spring. The calendar back then is 8 years off, so Jesus would have been born exactly 2000 years from now. Plus, there was this time, I forgot when, where the Christians joined up with some other religion, lying that their gods had the same birthday, or something like that. :P

Then again, this may be all BS and I got everything wrong.

The reason behind the current date for Christmas lies in its Pagan origins:

Yes indeed, happy birthday outward! Here's hoping it's a joyous occasion, and it should be, as you'll get a second round of presents!

Oh and thanks for the interesting read, there, too!
