Who's your favorite class to play as?

I tend to alternate between the Druid/Barbarian/Amazon pretty often, playing on the Eastern Sun mod at the moment.

By the way, are these rumors of there being a Diablo 3 I hear that's coming out soon true?

I haven't played the third version yet, but as for the second: My favorite class was always the Necromancer. I did not have the expansion pack, but I dreamed of using the Druid.

I specialised in the Druid exclusively, I tinkered around with the other classes in the game before the expansion but never really formed any attachments. But when a class becomes available that allows for bestial forms, then that becomes an overriding factor. I won't be able to enjoy myself with the other classes as much, after that.

Likewise, with the MMOs I've played, I pretty much always attached myself to the shape-shifters exclusively. I really have a very one-track mind when it comes to that.

Oh and as for Diablo 3, yep, it's been in production for a while now. It's scheduled for around Q2/Q3 2009 as I vaguely recall.

Druid werewolf of course! I had pretty much all types characters going though, lots of necromancers (poison necro, bone necro, summoner, golem) and was working on a fire claws build before I put D2 on indefinite hiatus.

I played alot of online gaming with groups....and I liked to take paladin....I always maxed out the thorn aura....wich sended 1300% of the damage taken back to the atacker....but that only worked with melee damage...so useles in chapter 3 ..but you couldn't go without it in chapter 4 an5

Druid was decent in 1.9. Then 2.0 came out and every class except assassin is way better than werewolf.

My best character was a smiter.
