Werewolf Legends

I know there are lots of legends on becoming a werewolf,

but I think the easiest would be to sleep under a full moon on a friday. Anybody know any easier methods?

Its okay, next time try and check the catagories. We have a section dedicated to werewolf lore & lore, your post would be fine there.
