I honestly don't know if this would be allowed, but if it is, I will request that those people who have d&d items that are for crowds 18+ post them here.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by "18+". Adult material? (Magical +2 condom of endurance?). Or do you mean items meant for use by crowds of characters numbering greater than eighteen? And by "item" do you mean in-game item, or real-life item like books, dice, supplements, etc.?

Okay, I realize the problem:
What I'm after is a compilation of items that could be used by the DM/GM/etc. or players that could be used on other characters that tend to create humorous and semi-embarrassing situations.
For instance, as a short description, there is an item that I can't remember the name of offhand that is a potion, and you drink it to change your scent to have animals react favorably to you. However, I modified it a little so that your scent would most certainly change, but it would have quite a bit more effect than a +2 reaction.
You can guess from there. Lethality is not preferred but not disallowed.
Does that make any more sense?

No idea. I would have thought the +2 Condom of Endurance quote would have started something. Honestly though, I've never heard of what you're talking about. TSR always took itself a little too seriously. I recommend you try to get a copy of Encyclopedia Magica (I'm sure it's out of print, though). If anything along those lines can be found, it will be in there.

I was actually referring to custom creations, but...

well I remember a game I ran where all the characters got turned into animals, 1 of the gnomes was turned into a snake and you can imagine what happened after he turned back to normal
