Most definitely we have pack chat. Though, I've never looked into it much. What I normally say is said on the forum boards. What I know of it is that there is two locations and it goes by the time of day. Ask one of the administrators to pm you about this information.
I could be wrong, since I've never done it and it actually has change in some recent time. It had something to do with glitches, identity thief and some other things, but now it should be good to use. I might just check it out myself.
