First Posts are not displayed until we've checked them out first. This takes 24 hours or less, usually. The reason is simple: SPAM control. So far, the closest to perfect SPAM filter is one of the Moderators; US, in other words.
If you're thinking of SPAMMING, remember; we can see your address on the internet and if you SPAM once, that address will be banned permanently.
So, Post and be patient. You'll be approved faster than you thought possible.

Just an added note about how this works.

When you start a new account in The Pack, you are an unverified user. All of your posts are reviewed by moderators before they're allowed to be viewed by the rest of the members. After two or three legit posts we'll typically lift all the posting restrictions. Only admins or authorized moderators may access the admin tools to add you to the verified users group.
