Heh IF anyone who come across this has ever read "Maximum Ride" (any of the series) By James Patterson. This is based off an RP from The Maxiumride Forums (which, sadly are still down for about 5 months i want to say, maybe more or less) which is a spin off the book series

Anyways here it is:

There are many secrets in a society. Secrets your friends and loved ones keep and secrets that the goverment covers up. But there are some secrets that go beyond a goverment conspiracy.

In many compounds run by a central organization, they conduct experiments. Ranging from the creation of bio-mech to altering the very generic codes that make me me and you you.

I managed to breakout of one of these institues that specilized in gene splicing (sp?) a year or two back, you see I'm not entirely human just 90% Homo Sapien the rest is 8%
Panthera Tigris (Tiger) dna and well 2% is specially senthisized dna that allows me to look normal one moment and half-man half-tiger the next. Hey, its not all that bad, being a mutant hybrid has its perks thanks to the other 2% of "suprise bag" dna. I was part of a test group for these things called Erasers, which are pretty much the organizations lackys which do all the dirty work of hunting down and killing mostly.

Anyways, after me and a few fellow spliced buds of mine managed to get a few miles, in our case thats 50 miles, away we found a road suprisingly and head towards town. Once we got there we didnt know what to do next so we made like our genes and split to go our seperate ways. I havent seen them since. A few days ago one of them wound up at my front door, she said that she had been found and chased but managed to get away. And from the looks of it, they were either very rough or wanted us dead.

So, I really dont doubt that there are more like me out there, when I was making my escape I had to pass cage after cage of winged, scalely, and other furry experiments. Of course back then I havent discovered what emotion was so I cant say it was heartbreaking.

(IF not an experiment, put human and state wheither you are a whitecoat (scientist) or pedestrian)
Apperance: (Pics or words, your preferance. W/ wings add wing description if you cant find a pic you like with wings. Shifters human and shifted form)
Personality: (Always fun, even if you put yours as boring)

Experiment type: Spliced, Human-Tiger Hybrid (^^ 90/8/2 like I said above. ITS IN COLOR *yay*)

Personality: Usually Quiet and "shy" so when he says something he usually means it. He doesn't like being in large groups but blames that on his 8% tiger dna (um...yeah, i research this kind of stuff XP *has little of a life*). Nekko tends to be rough when he's trying to be nice to others. He can be a reall smartass sometimes with his witty banter and clever mischive (sp?).
Other: A bit stated above. Nekko spent the first 12 years of his life in a cages and moving from lab to lab in the institue (Which we'll call The School). He rarely saw the out side world untill his break out. All he new about his existance was that he was part of a research project on which combination of dna would be best suited for soemthing call "The Eraser" project. From the tests they put him threw, he could tell it was a "job" requireing them to track, fight, and kill.
A few days before his break out, he planed it with the others in the cages around his. Later that week, after the lights out call, like they had a choice, they inacted their plan. Everyting went smoothly untill they reached the last leg of the escape when a patrol activated an alarm after seeing the empty cages, which were torn open. No doubt shocking the patroling guard to hell. The 4 (i forgot to mention that) of them had to sprint for their lives after making it over the wall, both somewhat easy tasks even though they were extreamly weak from the living conditions.

Bah I dont think I've ever had a history that long. XP Hope its not to much for anyone.

Age: 15
Experiment type: Spliced DNA Experiment, Human Wolf hybrid (90-8-2 combination as well)
Apperance: Human form- Jarod is tall and muscular at about 180 lbs. He has brown eyes and dark brown hair he likes to keep combed back. Wolf form- Jarod has a black pelt with large paws, his two front ones are grey. He also has blue eyes, why they change color he never found out.
Personality: Jarod is a fun loving person, but can be serious when needed. And when the need does arise he is capable of become cold. He is intelligent, although sometimes shy.
Other: Jarod spent 14 years of his life living in what many of the other experiments called "The School". While there he did nothing truly outstanding, simply living day to day. His DNA was specifically engineered for the Eraser project, in an attempt to make him a more efficient killer, which he was forced into without other options. After hearing about several breakouts, he decided that he would give it a shot, just to see if he could do it. After a few days of planning, Jarod used the skills the Eraser program gave him to escape to the outside, where he remains safe to this day, though he fights paranoia once in a while.

Okay, here is my character:

Name: "Alec"

Age: late teens, early twenties.

Experiment Type: Unknown to everyone including himself . . . at the moment.

Personality: Mysterious, he is easygoing and somewhat fun but can be "strange" at times.

Other: History: "Alec" woke up in the woods with a full army uniform on and only a dog tag with the name "Alec" and the numbers 081-23-0815 on it. He had no memory of who he was or what happened to him. After getting situated he moved from place to place trying to figure out who he is and what caused this.

OOC: When will it be a good time to post?

I already have the RP thread up with my first post, so when ever you feel you're ready. And nice touch by the way with the uniform and dogtag.

Name: "Fang" Age: 16Experiment Typ: Wolf-Avian-Human Hybrid (55% Wolf, 25% Avian, and 20% Human)
Personality: A bit shy, listens well, adventurous, and tough when push comes to shove.
Other: Fang was a new form of experiment called triple hybrid. Also one that did not start out human but of a wolf. He has been kept there all his life. Fang was amongest those who escaped and got seperated. He then found refuge in an old barn for a short time before going out to search for the others where he was taken in by a vetinarian.

Nice one ~Black~. You must be a fan of Fang. I'm, more of an Iggy fan.

Age: 22
Experiment type: None/human-pedestrian(Security personnel)
Appearance: Vlad is tall and has an average body build. He has brown eyes and black hair with a scar running across his face due to an accident in his teens. He wears a padded vest with a t-shirt underneath it, a pair of jeans, and combat boots. He also has an ammo belt around his waist which holds his supplies and his firearm.
Personality: Serious, yet playful at times. He is often willing to help someone in need, but for the most part, ignores people.
Other: In need of money, Vlad chose the job as a security guard. He got in a motorcycle accident in his teens, which explains the scar that runs across the left side of his face.
