We all have "fursonas", alternate egos, or characters we have close to us in some way shape or form. I wanted to make a RP that allows us to play as our characters in one RPG.

The setting is a 'collector', well, collects beings from alternate realities for a gladiator like game. Where they are forced to fight, and kill one another for entertainment for the alien socialites and nobility. the world in question is similar to Rome was before it fell.

I'll start the play thread, but I'll like to make it clear that on your characters, please don't be too over the top with them or make them too powerful.

I'll reiderate was I just said while make it clearer by set some simple character rules.

1) No over-the-top characters, the ones like are experts at every profession, weapons, magics, knows everything etc. , hybrids of more than TWO creatures unless they are supposed to be a Chimera, or it's back story is waaaaaaaaay out there.

2) No characters that are waaaaay too powerful, there are no gods here. Lets say for the story's sake that the game organisers "adjusts" how powerful that one can be so there can some what be a fair fight.

3) characters CANNOT be from the same reality from some one else's character is from, this is about YOUR character, don't piggy back off of some one else's. Be original!

3) Be original! Your character can be anyone or anything (within reason) a sorcerer, military man, a robot, what ever. This is YOUR character! HOWEVER don't steal some one else's character, back story, or be from the same reality. IE. take your favorite TV, movie, video game franchise etc. take parts, or characters and play them as your own. get real people!

Ok now lets post our character sheets, follow my lead.

Name: Lord Master General Anubis Garou

Age: 46
Marital Status: Married /offspring: 4
Occupation: Master General of the international special forces recon, super nominal threat disposal, and peaceful sentience protection. Code name: RABID. Also Lord of the elite Red Knights dekai unit. (that's were he got the rank of LMG)
Race: Dekai (werewolf)
Physical description: 7'5" tall, 225 pounds (all muscle), Large frame, jet black shaggy fur, golden eyes, scars all over his body, black military fatigues.

Personality description: Calm demeanor, calculating, professional military man, demands respect and professionalism, carries him self like a king or "alpha male". great leader, relentless and brutal towards his enemies, cares about his men and any one who needs help or protection.

Skills and abilities: over twenty years of combat, leadership experience, and special-forces training. Marksman (think old west gunslinger). Master level in martial arts, hand-to-hand and sword. level blue spirit weaponisation IE. can tun his soul into a offensive and defensive weapon, also can sence some one's intentions (can tell friend from foe).

Marital Status: None
Occupation: In the Japanese region on a hidden island known as ' Kiyoko Ten' ( in japanise, ' Pure heaven') also called ' Warrior resting island'
known for warriors who are worn out be rested and trained for battle again. Ouka is the specialist and master in twin-blade fighting, in the ' Fighting force of blades', known as the HowlingWind who founded the island. Currently training young Lycanthropes for battle.
Race: Lycanthrope
physical Description: 5'5 tall, 190 pounds, grey and white straight fur, blue eyes, tattoo on left arm ( a wolf that is howling with blades sticking out of the moon ) and a tattoo on the back ( a rose with thorns that goes across on one shoulder blade to the other, with it look like the thorns pierced the skin and blood dripping down. ) very thin, Japanese black kimono.

Personality description: Calm, quiet, very relaxed, short tempered, very protective over her pupils, demands respect, likes to be called Ouka-sama, a little gothic like, cares for anyone who is in need, and will help them, never leaves her swords.

Skills and Abilities: 17 years of blade training, Black belt at Martial Arts, 12 years of dog and wolf handling, can howl at a high pitched voice that it can make people and animals deaf and even break glass, can grow her claws and fangs to be six inches longer.

Name: Jarod Kets (One size fits all RP character. )

Age: 32

Marital Status: In a relationship

Occupation: He's works as part of an elite assassin unit for an operation on known as 'Moonlit Freedom'. He tracks down threats to were creatues everywhere and takes them out.

Race: Werewolf

Physical description: 6'3" tall, 210 pounds, black sleek fur with a single grey left front paw, blue eyes, he'll wear whatever will protect him but not restrict his movement.

Personality description: He pretends to be calm and cool, the masquerade often hiding the fear. He believes strongly in choosing a side which he believes is flaw of his, he sees it as a weakness and thinks that he shouldn't be involved in situations like that, believing that all they do is lead to violence anyway. When he does not need to pretend that he's a cold, heartless being, he's often fun loving and laidback. He is willing to help people whenever he can and believes that apathy is death, the world must have feeling and have emotions for what is going on around it. He also has a tendency to rush into things without thinking.

Skills and abilities: He has dedicated his life to many years of martial arts, as was required for him to sign up for Moonlit Freedom. He also has a bit of skill with the blade, but prefers hand-to-hand combat. Combat aside, he's so deeply empathetic that can sometimes predict others actions just by watching their current ones and their emotions. Those around him, who truly know him, consider him a natural leader and for some reason follow him without question, claiming he's the most charimatic person they know.

Occupation: Upon the dawn of the new space age, Vladamir joined a company known as the Interplanetary Trade Organization whose sole purpose was to provide munitions for planetary colonies past Earth's own moon. Having served nearly seven years in the army prior to his current job, he has become a valuable figure in the company's views.

Race: Human

Physical description: Vladamir is tall, standing around 6'3", having an average body build. His eyes are brown and his hair is dark brown, almost black, and short cut. He has a large scar running across his left cheek due to an accident on the battlefield during his time of military service. During his working hours, he wears military uniform with the letters IPTO written across the back, as well as a pair of military boots. He keeps a sidearm, whether it be a knife or a gun, on his ammo belt at all times.

Personality: Vladamir is a somewhat stubborn person, almost never accepting excuses from other people. His stubborn behavior is primarily due to a mission that went bad during his time of service, causing him to lose nearly his entire squad. He is generally quiet, hardly ever getting involved in a situation unless somebody is in danger. Overall he is a nice guy, though.

Skills and abilities: Having dealt with years of combat, Vladamir is well trained with munitions of all sorts, primarily in heavy weaponry. He is also well trained when dealing with electronic weapons (Robotic weaponry). Years of flight for IPTO have given him much experience with aircraft.

Name: Aki

Age: 26 (or something, I forget)

Sex: Male

Marital Status: None

Occupation: Programmer at first, then later on a survivor of a disease-and-nuclear-explosion brought about holocaust.

Race: Werewolf

Physical Description: Tall, lanky, with messy brown hair, grey-green eyes and a fair bit of stubble (not many razors in the apocalypse, heh). Somewhat muscled, though hardly much more than average. Wearing a set of dirtied jeans, worn sneakers, and a roughed-up T-shirt. Has a backpack and a Thompson SMG slung over his shoulder. In his werewolf forms (for the werewolves of Silo 17 were capable of both the wolf and "gestalt'/hybrid forms) he appears as a solid-white furred wolf with bright yellow eyes. He is still very noticeably lanky and under muscled looking.

Personality: Relaxed and easy going, Aki is slow to anger. He is curious and loyal to a fault, unable to resist checking into things that pique his curiosity (a condition that resulted in his lycanthropy) and willing to stand by those he's befriended to the bitter end. Is somewhat of a romantic nature - in that big quests to save the world and such sound like something fun and right to do, rather than something you'd do because you really don't want to die. Hopelessly optimistic, even in the face of a world where humanity is rendered scarce by a horrible disease and a short but fiery nuclear exchange intended to stop the spread of said horrible disease.

Skills and abilities: For reasons unknown, the werewolves of Silo 17 are entirely immune to the affects of radiation. This means Aki could hang around the irradiated remains of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant (one of the most irradiated locations on earth) without consequence. He is also possessed of more common lycanthropic ability such as increased speed, strength, and senses. He heals at an accelerated rate (though by no means capable of healing mid-combat) and this can be rapidly accelerated by shifting (though, of course, that would put him at risk). Over the timespan of Silo 17 Aki developed good combat skills with his teeth and claws, as well as skill with firearms - namely his Tommy gun.

I like the sound of this. I'll use a character that I have used for years.

Name: Surge Aquos
Age: 1473 (In his world, however, a year is three times as long as on Earth, so it's more of 4419)
Gender: Male
Marital status: none
occupation: Shieldguard founder (an order devoted to prevent demons from destroying everything in existance,) Guardian of peace (reverts to violence only when necessary.)
Race: 48% Lycanthropic (a half-half, not full wolf when transformed), 52% Elementian (alien elemental from the planet Elementar) Sorceror.

Physical description: In his true form, he is living electricity. Killer to the touch, almost unlimited. However, his true form is seldom used, since it is deadly to all, and he can't touch anyone or anything without blasting a million-and-one volts into it. For this reason, he has a shell. The shell is based on human design, and since it is only an outer core, he can adjust it at will, with an exception for his eyes, which stay an amber-yellow. When first taken to the gladiator arena, he was at 1.75 metres in height, and slightly underweight. He had Spiked up black hair, which was in an impossible position, but his magic could keep it like that. He was in a black cloak, tattered and ripped from numerous battles, with shining golden armour underneath. He had two of swords he made himself, the golden kingmaker, and the dark purple demonhunter, with an emergency handgun tucked in under his cloak, but it only had one clip. His werewolf form all depends on his shell at the time, but is always distinguishable by yellow tribal markings in the shape of a thunderbolt on his back. Currently, his wolfen form is the same black as his hair, and has the amber-yellow eyes he has.

personality: Almost emotionless. After going through calamity and catastrophe in his years alive, he detached himself from most emotion, and makes him very hard to read his intentions. He takes numerous risks, and is protective to his circle of friends, and would lay down his life to keep as many people as he could safe.

skills and abilities: His youth led him to practice the basics in almost every style of magic, before settling with sorcery. He spent years and years of dedication to his magic, and had reached a level of great magic potency. He could shield his mind from almost any mental attack, and can retaliate with wordless casting. He could create portals through to numerous dimensions, but his energy is drained greatly with wordless chants and it would take too long out loud, so he would be recaptured nonetheless. He is unique on his planet, since he possessed the art of true shapeshifting, but with the collectors attack, he is too weak to use any of them, save his werewolf. He is supreme with the art of the blade, and adept inboth unarmed and gun combat, but he would only use them as a last resort, as he prefers traditional magic and blades. Due to him being made from living electricity inside, immunity to electrical attacks is with him, and to control certain electrically powered objects. His strength is greater than most, and is only slightly greater than the strength of a supreme vampire lord, but his speed makes up for that. Using powers of light and darkness, he can teleport short distances in seconds, with a little anti-gravitational after-effect for a minute or so afterwards, but on his own, he could match any werewolf.

Ooh, I've got to get one of my guys in on this, although he might be somewhat underpowered here. Oh well, he's a crafty bastard.

Name: Casey Stuart
Sex: Male
Age: 29
Marital Status: Single
Offspring: Son (Matthew) aged 3 years
Occupation: Formerly the art director for a travel magazine by day and an agent of the Kresnik (an organization dedicated to hunting down preternatural creatures) by night. Currently tending bar and acting as an impromptu bouncer at a local preternatural bar by and either sleeping or playing with his son by day.
Race: Therianthrope (specifically an ailuranthrope [a feline shapeshifter])
Physical description: Human Form. Tiger Form.
Also of note: Casey has several tattoos, including a Celtic Cross on his right bicep, an entire tattoo sleeve from his left shoulder to his left wrist, and the first of the four noble truths "All Life Is Suffering" across his back. He also has quite a few scars, most of which are from the attack that left him a therianthrope, including a set of claw marks cutting across most of his chest and stomach, as well as bite marks on his right shoulder and another set of claw marks cutting through the tattoos on his left arm.

Personality description: Casey is pretty much defined by his sense of humor and if he's not making a joke then chances are he's unconscious. However, beneath the ever cheerful class clown front he presents to the world he's hiding a sharp mind and a lot of pain. A brutal attack left Casey as one of the very creatures he'd been brought up to kill and he almost killed himself before the thought of abandoning his son (much as his own father did to him) forced him to find a way to live with his condition. Despite that he's lost most of his friends and family, which has given him the emotional scars to match his physical ones. Casey's son, Matthew is his world and he is dedicated to being the best father possible, even though he only usually gets to see the boy on weekends.

Skills and abilities: The rough equivalent of military special forces training, with an emphasis on urban combat and stealth. Sniper training. Training in Krav Maga. Has plenty of martial and hand-to-hand combat, mostly with firearms and knives though, swords and crossbows aren't his forte although he knows how to use them. Excellent liar and strategist. Bachelor of Arts degree in studio art. Experienced bartender. Speaks French and American Sign Language.

Is there anychance at all that it could be recreated? Apart from us two, I know another person who might be able to het involved. with you as well, that's 4 people on it. That'll be able to keep a role-play strucured.
