Yeah, it looks a bit smoother :) However, you forgot to edit out some gray bits as he starts to howl *points*

I think "The Pack" is a perfect name. Short, simple, ties into werewolves nicely, and has just enough mystery to it to make people wonder. And, I really like these emoticons too. Very 8)

One question though: What constitutes an "Official" Pack member?

Well, in the glitch-less version, the howl is shorter, but the rest seems okay.... Instead of changing the speed, try adjusting the howl, like, by adding a few frames to the open mouth in the 'howl' part, so the howl is the same length as the 'glitch' one.... it should work okay then.

(I lack photoshop, so I hope what I said made sense.)
